Television Tho Prop Grops Throps

I used to watch WCW on Channel 5, my introduction to wrestling. He was my first ever favourite, so him coming out would be even more nostalgic joy for me than Rock.

Same pretty much. I remember watching WCW and he was my first favourtie wrestler. As much as I liked The Rock, Stone Cold, Kane, Undertaker etc, Goldberg was my favourite and its stuck since really

Crowd is just waiting for Rock. The build up to the match has been all Cena vs. Rock, so they're now like "who the feck is this random guy in the ring?"

That guy in the crowd who keeps standing up had a blue basketball top on, then some stupid sheepskin coat, now an orange basketball top on. Where is his wardrobe?

Well it was all incredibly predictable.

But it pretty much ensures The Rock is sticking around and being involved in the title picture. Probably a match with Cena for number one contendership and then on to the Miz.

Bad event. But when you look at the last 5 minutes it was everything I wanted to see. Cena getting owned by the Rock, and him not saying goodbye

Am I interpreting it correctly when I say the WWE just used a legend to bury the top of the talent roster?

They used an actor to bury their champion, is what that was.

That's like us playing Paddy McCrerand instead of Rooney in the Champion's League final.

Not really, not when the actor is one of the top talents on the roster. After that he's going nowhere. He's just been built as the number one contender.

Hope he gets in proper condition though.

So I take it the PG rating is here to stay but they are using the Rock to give old skool fans a glimmer of hope?

Are you surprised?

Well not after the show that led up to it, but before today I thought this was a great opportunity for them to put on a hell of a show and win back a lot of fans if they played their cards right.

I feel like they royally fecked this up. We'll have to see how it plays out in a few days to be sure, and it probably won't be as bad as we think it is now (well, easy for me to say. I didn't lose sleep) but right now I can't see how this makes all that much sense on a long-term basis.

But yeah. Raw tomorrow will be very interesting with The Rock involved.

Not to mention it just solidified 2 feuds (Miz, Cena) and added a new one with the G.M wanting some payback for the Rock disrespecting him.

Honestly, it'll be the end of the company if The Rock doesnt turn up on Raw and thats the end of his stint. It'll be stupid even if he only stays for one more ppv, but that could happen. Hopefully he's in it for the long haul yet
