Having watched Wrestlemania on Sunday for the first time in over 10 years, I decided to download one of the first PPV events I ever saw: Armageddon 99.
First match: Dudley Boys v Edge & Christian v Headbangers v Mean Street Posse v The Acolytes v The Hardy Boys v Godfather & Mark Henry v Too Cool for a shot at the tag team title.
That was fecking great!
Next up was Kurt Angle v Steve Blackman - Angle is hilarious
Just watched the Womens title match: the dinner gown in a paddling pool match! To quote the King "whoever came up with this is a genius!"
Last female still wearing their dress wins the womens title! Miss Kitty v Jacqueline v B.B v Ivory. Some mighty fine bodies in there.
I rememeber watching it first time round as pubescent 11 year old with very limited access to even soft porn and was amazed when Miss Kitty got her kit off!
To top it off, Mae Young not wanting to be outdone starts stripping herself
This is the WWF I remember and it's fecking great!
