Third Test. England Vs India

Matt Prior is the worst wicketkeeper I've seen playing for England.

Howell - Darryl Hair in guise.

Nasser made a fair comment: "If KP could be bought back when given out wrongly, why can't Ganguly?"

Karthik was out..he admitted as much. The Ganguly decision was terrible though.

Good stuff from India though...Sachin looks to be setting himslef up for a biggie.I remember he played similarly when he hit that 241 against Australia in Sydney....

Think we have lost a good opportunity here to pile on 600 and insure that we won't lose this match. England has a chance now to bundle us around 450-475.

Hmmm...the rate at which we scored could prove to be detrimental because it gives England time to get their runs and try and make a game of it.Good attacking cricket though...long time since I saw an Indian team get into the deciding match looking like they mean business.

BTW, Prior.

That was a fun innings. Not a single century from an Indian yet and we're still winning the series. Goes to show how shit England are.

India shouldn't get too comfortable either. If England bat at a similar pace and bat well (assuming the tail is knocked over pretty soon), after 3 days, the test could be level. If India are bowled out on the slightly worsened pitch within 4 sessions, England can have a right go and potentially pull off a marvellous victory

Kumble has a fifty as well now, India are really taking the piss!

This thread was not started by me so I can in no way be held responsible for jinxing our lads :nono:

I ask why the groundsman at the Oval couldn't have seen the situation England are in, and just prepared a slightly less bowling green flat pitch? I swear other countries groundsmen think like that, but not ours

Tremlett is extremely shit. Kumble's really making this count. I think we'll actually reach 600.

Got to laugh at all those who ever calling Panesar the next big thing.

MS Panesar 34 5 123 0 3.61

Zaheer just cut Panesar for four.

I almost feel sorry for him.

I bet he'll pick these last three wickets and you all will once again think he's great. The idiot was bowling outside the leg stump to Kumble!

I can't decide who's been worse, Tremlett, who's bowled outside off this entire innings or Panesar.

Kumble has made 82 and has just hit Monty Panesar for 6 to take India past 600 runs. You just couldn't make this up

Matt Prior is the worst wicketkeeper I've seen playing for England.

I actually opened this thread just to post that exact statement.

He's fecking horrendous.

Even wicketkeepers in the U/14s understand the need to step inside the line of the ball as a basic fact of wicketkeeping.

And he's a mouthy cnut.

Kumble hits Panesar for a six.

can't remember the last time I saw a better batting card.

Incredible that India have gone past 600 without a single player getting a century. Infact I think this is something that India have always lacked, they usually always needed one player to score big as the rest would feck up but their so called famous batting lineup has come good in these last two matches and has been a real good all round effort with just about every player chipping in.

He bowled perfectly well in the first two tests.

Some impact he's had.

Fantastic

Kumbe hits a century...

Long time since I felt nervous for a player.
