Someone should tell him that procrastination doesn't mean what he thinks it means.

Manchester United close in on Thiago Alcantara deal
THIAGO ALCANTARA'S proposed summer switch to Manchester United could be completed as soon as Friday, after the Premier League champions indicated the move had significantly progressed.

Manchester United hope to conclude the signing of Thiago Alcantara in the coming days
While the Spain Under-21 star had been stalling on a decision recently, David Moyes could be set to land the playmaker by the end of the week after United sources suggested the move was 'very close'.
International broadcaster ESPN reports that the Red Devils believe their stumbling bid to sign the 22-year-old has performed a U-turn with the player now ready to leave Barcelona.
While one Old Trafford official described the Thiago saga as similar to the failed attempt to sign Holland star Wesley Sneijder in 2011, the Spaniard's signature may yet be sealed in the coming days.
David Moyes (centre) has been vocal in pushing United's pursuit of Thiago this summer
There is even hope that United will be able to announce the Barcelona youngster's signing at Moyes' first press conference as Sir Alex Ferguson's successor - with the Scot having pressed for the club to bring in Thiago.David Moyes could be set to land Thiago Alcantara by the end of the week
It is likely that the hold up in his switch to Manchester has been the inclusion of a clause similar to the one that has allowed him to escape Barcelona for a reduced figure of around £15million.
Therefore if Moyes and United did not back up their promise of regular first-team football to Thiago with game-time next season, he could seek another move without being priced out of the market.
It's not even a briefcase, it's a wig.
How do you know? Maybe Thiago is set on signing, but finds the contractual stuff so tedious that he keeps putting it off?
Seems it's not as we thought.
"FC Barcelona have moved quickly to extinguish reports of Thiago Alacantra being removed from a promotional advert as he is due to leave the club, with Manchester United the favoured destination. A statement from the club read "Se tomó la decisión para extraer la imagen promocional de la camiseta oficial 2013/14 a Thiago alegando que es una folladora poco fea adecuada" which roughly translates as "The decision to remove Thiago from the 2013/14 official shirt promotional picture was taken on the grounds that he is a proper ugly little fecker".
With the medicals now supposedly being done @ carrington I wonder if they could possibly smuggle him in and have it all done in the morning as the new bosses first press conference is reportedly at 4pm (which btw I thought was a little late)
Had me thereSeems it's not as we thought.

I now feel more happy that SSN have finally said something on this potential transfer.
When has Moyes ever done a press conference for UnitedWhen have we ever announced signings at press conferences?
"Sky Sources understand the player may have a release clause"
When have we ever announced signings at press conferences?
No. They said that there is strong rumours that the player could be announced as early as tomorrow.
Just like they said that Rooney would be having talks with Moyes on Tuesday, which changed to Wednesday and finally to today.
Seems it's not as we thought.
