I have a question with Player's Concern. Why does it show: YES in the Game World Extra Rules when it seems like Player's Concern is on?
The interface that you see now has just been introduced late last year. For some of us who have played this game for years, we currently have access to both old and new interface

So the concern rule looks to be "mistranslated" from old to new interface
