Basically, what is the difference between applying FFP now and next season. And being from a small club in Division 2, which would be better for us?
By applying new FFP now, you will have extra cap to purchase risers or better players 3 months' ahead as compared to having it by end of this season
You can use the risers to exchange for cash later when their rating rises, or sell your other lower potential players, and have your risers as their replacement
You can also view it as additional flexibility to adjust your squad, assuming you are at max capacity now
However, if you have trouble of investing in new players due to lack of cash, then it is another story. You will need to manage your club's financial first
