Gaming The SM RedCafe League

Problem is that i'm not sure how much that will change. If someone offers 25m for a player, they still have to find a replacement and if people don't sell players then they won't want to sell either.

I was hoping that my selling spree might kickstart some business. Didn't work.
Tbf, there has been increased demand for players and is getting harder to find decent players from AI teams.

Well that's your fault for overspending the resources you do have on risers like Amiri!

Perhaps we need to introduce a "player-position-cap" to stop people stockpiling players in certain positions? *cough, left backs RS/Damo*

You can't have more than 2 players in a certain position over 87 or something?

But that's the thing Stain. I stockpiled LBs as a way for future negotiations as I know people will struggle to find them. But all that happens is that when I go into a negotiation with anyone they expect me to roll over and die. So I give them the finger and tell them to feck off instead.

The only manager in the game who actually values his players realistically is Bred and it's no surprise that we do business a fair bit.

I think its only fair that Bred receives a 5 star fans award in the next Caf awards function.

I think it could be a way of making money more important. I don't see anyone else offering suggestions.

How about; you're only allowed 22 players (two starting eleven's) over 87? Would that make any difference?

Stain, talking to yourself is a sign of insanity.

Anyway, as part of the changes I'm pretty sure there's more importance placed on quality players wanting playing time so the best squads will naturally decrease over time as the players get concerns and get spread out.

Yeah. Unfortunately Eriksen is starting and pretty sure my record this season has been naff when he's started games.
Is ozil starting too? Seems to be on fire from what you have been saying.

and for those who hate the new UI and are using the old one, I really recommend just taking a bit of time each day - maybe five minutes or so - to use the new layout and try and get used to it. Definitely recommend it for the tactics anyway as christy said the tactics on the old UI are a bit fecked.

The 18 players who have travelled to Plymouth. Will post starting XI later.

Goalkeepers: David de Gea
Defenders: Lucas Digne, Josè Gaya, Vincent Kompany, Joël Matip, Ricardo Rodríguez, John Stones, Kurt Zouma
Midfielders: Gareth Bale, Memphis Depay, Christian Eriksen, Alarcòn Isco, Raheem Sterling, Arturo Vidal
Forwards: Mario Götze, Antoine Griezmann, Lionel Messi, Heung-Min Son

Notable players who didn't travel: Serge Aurier, Mesut Özil, Paul Pogba, Sergio Ramos

It appears you can delete transfer bids from the club messages window. So if you ever accidentally delete a bid the only way to access it again is via the squad page. That's a bit shit.
