Yeah I pretty much know who I'm spending the money on; just gotta wait a few hours for the deal to be completed before I can lay my bid.
All you have to do is equal their chairmans valuation of the player.
So if he's worth 8 miliion, their chairman will probably ask for 8million cash, or around 9million p/e... then you just have to use players and/or cash to equal 9 million.
Also, according to Cider, you can recall players on loan at foreign clubs, which should be good news for you.

You can only recall some players. I've managed to recall De Bruyne and Van Aanholt (despite failing to do so a few days ago) but can't recall Courtois or Bruma.

Well I'd change the players I have bought, as they are likely to go down in rating. Stupid game.

I've only signed one player and sold two. I have a few bids on now though so I should hopefully bring in one or two more soon.
You should be allowed to beg the chairmen for money or something. This game is far less entertaining when you can't afford any muppeteering.
