Gaming The SM RedCafe League

I was sure my run would end at some point and thought it'd be against you. I watched the game though and you didn't even put up a fight! Scored four but one was offside.

I had to tinker too much, move Zabaleta to midfield, Reus to other side and dropping Martinez to defence. Yera I'm more concerned with getting back into champions league!

Various Division 1 records:

Most points: 82 - Chelsea (Season 3)
Most goals: 99 - Chelsea (Season 4) & Manchester United (Season 5)
Least goals conceded: 32 - Fulham (Season 6)
Best goal difference: 44 - Chelsea (Season 3)
Most home wins: 16 - Manchester City (Season 2)
Most away wins: 14 - Manchester City (Season 4))
Player with most league goals: 43 - Ibrahimovic (Arsenal - Season 7)
Player with most league assists: 24 - Rooney (Arsenal - Season 4)
Player with most MOTM: 14 - Ibrahimovic (Arsenal - Season 6 & Season 7)
Point gap over second: 7 - Chelsea (Season 3)
Point gap over fifth: 22 - Chelsea (Season 3)

With 13 games to go, these are United's stats:

Points: 63 (19 fewer than Chelsea)
Goals scored: 71 (28 fewer than Chelsea)
Goals conceded: 24 (8 fewer than Fulham)
Goal difference: 47 (3 more than Chelsea)
Home wins: 9 (can at most equal City's record... doubt it)
Away wins: 11 (need 3 more to equal City's record with 6 away games left to play)
Player with most goals: 32 - Messi (11 fewer than Ibrahimovic)
Player with most assists: 14 - Messi (10 fewer than Rooney)
Player with most MOTM: 11 - Messi (3 fewer than Ibrahimovic)
Point gap over second: 9 (2 more than Chelsea)
Point gap over fifth: 21 (1 fewer than Chelsea)

At best there's a chance of getting the points record, goal difference and player with most goals.

Lol @Damien , you had 2/10. I will have do my research better for next round, 5/10 shouldn't be hard to beat..

I'll go; Villa & X. Spurs are tricky these days.. I'm ahead 9-7 in total so far, let's see who wins end of season.

Your self-doubt is affecting my predictions. Well done for reaching the final, hope Villa beats you. Sharing trophies and what not.

So you're not counting England as Europe, right? So you can win a treble?

Spurs - City 1
Reading - United 2
Newcastle - QPR 1
Rovers - Forest 2
Ipswich - Stoke 2
Sunder - Fulham X
Soton - Darlington X
Arsenal - Chelsea X
Palace - MK Dons 2
Everton - Villa 2

Spurs - City X
Reading - United 1 (my record against Reading is rubbish)
Newcastle - QPR 1
Rovers - Forest 2
Ipswich - Stoke X
Sunder - Fulham 1
Soton - Darlington 2
Arsenal - Chelsea 1
Palace - MK Dons 2
Everton - Villa 1

Biggest match of the season for me. A win means 9 points down to relegation zone, a loss and we're right back in the mix. Time for a win after three draws (have been against good oppo, though).

3:1 win over Reading. Now 12 points clear of second and 22 clear of fifth. Looking a decent bet to finish in top four but won't take anything for granted yet.

Current Div 1 table. That away record of mine is mental:

 Have you seen my next three fixtures?! I could easily lose all of them and then it is game on.
Spurs, City and Everton, I dont know what your smoking but i want some, you are 2 points of last seasons winning total and 2 wins off of being above the average winning total and well on the way to to getting close to getting the highest winning total.

5/10 @Damien 6/10 - We have a new record. 9 points clear of relegation, aaah. Piatti injured 2 weeks :nervous:

You've done an amazing job with Stoke
Thanks! 19th when i took over, don't know how many points up to relegation. Then getting thrashed 5-1 at home in the first game vs NUFC using some sort of 5-2-3 long balls  We can do this! P.S. You've won the title already.

Slippery slope for me. Typical SM style. Forest next so another loss on the cards. Top 4 not so secure as a few days ago

Im on a good run too and my squad is fully fit. I check my results but I think its been a while since my last loss. A long way to go yet, I tend to finish a season poorly.

Nah, not going to take anything for granted yet. Does have the potential to be my best season so far though. Just 5 points away from my total when I won the league in Season 4, and 8 points away from when I won the first season in Division 2 with Leeds:

I'm already tied on my number of wins with Leeds (21) and there are 12 games left to go. Whether I can get close to the record Division 1 points of 82 I doubt it. As you can see below I had 75 points in Season 3 with 23 wins yet that wasn't enough:

That was one competitive season! 6 p between 1st and 7th.. You are humble but the truth is you will break the points record and probably the goals for too.

Certainly can't see me breaking the goals for record (99). My team don't really score that many, though it is nice to see Goetze starting to get into a bit of goalscoring form now so the pressure isn't all on Leo.
