Gaming The SM RedCafe League

Argh, they updated the club messages as well. Last time I looked it was just the news feed. At least make the images smaller!

Edit: I've found a way to block the images. Not perfect but looks better than it did before - for the club messages at least anyway:

Finally had a rating update. Unfortunately it was a bad one for me. Expected Robinho to go down but I was hoping they'd wimp out of giving him a -2 - I was wrong.

In the Elite league Lamela did go up 2 to 90 so that was a nice surprise, though it feels like I'm never going to move anywhere there in terms of divisions.

Fulham needs a new manager.

Looks like they listened to my suggestion on their forums (or at least one of them anyway). Would have preferred the images being removed entirely but I knew it was unlikely. Icons are now 40x40 which is much better and now there's a link to add comment so you can see more on the news feed. Would still prefer it if the club messages and news feed are combined and separated by some sort of tab like with the mini schedule and division tables but that looks unlikely to happen. Still, it's an improvement.

Just signed Diego Reyes who is moving to Porto in the summer and am signing Imoh Ezekiel who has scored 10 goals and had 5 assists in 16 appearances (1172 minutes) in his first 'proper' season.

Lamela

Spurs are now like real life Chelsea, too many quality attacking mids...hint....hint

Damo, that bid is under consideration, just letting you know I've seen it.

EDIT: Or not...

 Wasn't sure if you were going to take it seriously or not so I withdrew. I'll put it back now. I just know that you're struggling for options in that area and there aren't many players available for that position of that skill so thought it might be something that could interest you.

I have one person capable of playing striker, and he's injured. But i have 4/5 people who can play in the AM positions.

Didn't see that he was injured. Good thing you've already qualified for the SMFA Shield then.

I hope they fix the chat soon. It hasn't been working for me since they changed the news feed.

I'd guess that it not working has something to do with that new update they did yesterday, but the friendly fixtures were played yesterday when they were supposed to be so I'm not sure.

Just received a very good offer for a player around the same time the fixtures were supposed to kick off. Coincidence? I think not.

No that was right, I logged on to do my tactics and had a bit of a scout about at the same time for players...

I wish it would put me out my misery. Did I win Division 2, gain promotion or am I stuck in the play offs.

I end the season with a 2-0 win against Arsenal :) Nani scored and Sneijder scored in his last game for the club. 3 wins and a loss from the 4 games I've played. Happy with that.

I didn't even make it into Europe, unbelievable... I deserve to be sacked.

Seriously? I thought you were in a pretty decent position. Some of the teams below you and challenging for the European spots were playing each other as ell.

Yep, didn't make it, Swansea had better GD

Won 3-1 at Peterbrough to seal my second straight promotion. Hoping to make it three next season!

Division 1
Season 1 - Chelsea (71 pts)
Season 2 - Manchester City (79 pts)

Division 2
Season 1 - Leeds United (74 pts)
Season 2 - Queens Park Rangers (71 pts)

Division 3
Season 1 - West Ham United (87 pts)
Season 2 - Portsmouth (86 pts)

Division 4
Season 1 - Bradford City (101 pts)
Season 2 - Plymouth Argyle (95 pts)

Division 5
Season 1 - Darlington (98 pts)
Season 2 - Port Vale (100 pts)

Division 2 still standing out as one of the most competitive. Last season Derby took the last play-off place on the final day of the season, this season they took the automatic spot on the final day. And then there's the unfortunate things that have happened to RS' Forest on the final day as well.

FAO Levo: See what a competent manager can achieve?

Division 2 play-offs
Reading v Middlesbrough
Norwich City v Hull City

Division 3 play-offs
Southampton* v Bradford City
Milton Keynes Dons* v Watford

Division 4 play-offs
Tranmere Rovers* v Exeter City*
Crewe Alexandra v Leyton Orient

Division 5 play-offs
Barnet* v AFC Wimbledon
Crawley Town* v Burton Albion

* = were in the play-offs last season as well: Southampton were in Division 3 play-offs and lost while MK Dons were in Division 4 play-offs and got promoted through that. Tranmere Rovers and Exeter City were also in Division 4 play-offs and lost. Barnet and Crawley Town were in Division 5 play-offs and lost.

By the way, Fulham is available in division 1, if anyone wants to have a go.

My poor end of season has cost me. Wanted Europe but it wasn't to be. Hamsik upto 92 and new signing chircles (sp?) went up 5 to 85. Good feckin stuff!
