This game is BS. I don't think Damien had a player with a rating higher than mine in his opposing position. He only played 1 up front and scored 3, and he kept out 8 of my 9 on target shots from Messi/Van Persie/Villa. Good result for you.
the tactics have done pretty well for me since I adopted them a few games into the season. Only real problem is I end up getting an injury every other game (Pieters: 4 days; Piszczek: 4 weeks; Diarra: 8 days; Lucas: 10 days; Yarmolenko: 6 days; Varela: 9 weeks) which isn't ideal but that's my fault.Yarmolenko did have the highest rating of everyone in our game (9), with Krul matching Cambiasso, RVP and Messi on 8, but everyone else on my team was poor.
The competition is very fierce at the bottom with a few clubs there I wouldn't expect to see, so they'll probably turn it around at some point.

I somehow managed to log on yesterday, and not change my team. Everyone is nearly dead, and I lost to Chelsea.
I've recalled 2 players, 1 from unmanaged Bristol, the other from Birmingham. Birmingham manager not on for 18 days, and player was NMF. Giving Millwall manager a chance to fix Iturraspe who is also NMF before I recall him too, as he is at least logging on a bit. Lamela is back from Palace too, if someone was considering taking them over I'll loan him back out to you. Palace are actually in a decent position take over wise. Steadied out the ship quite a bit before I left.
Despite what my form would suggest, I have not given up on this!
Lost 3-1 to Bolton. The shot count for my team was ridiculous (19 to Bolton's 5). The result was expected. Blackburn away next.

I've now lost 3 important players to long term injuries in the last three games. What's going on with that?
All of them have got pretty good balances as well. Only real difficulty is convincing another manager to sell for cash but it does happen.
Lost 2-1 to Blackburn. I never seem to have a full strength side for more than 1 game in a row. Now Piszczek is out of the next game due to a suspension.
9 of the top 10 in Divison 2 won! Next week it'll be the opposite, and no one will win.
