Drew 2-2 against Aston Villa. Picked up yet another injury though to Diarra. He's out for 11 days.
That complicates things a bit for the Shield game. Was planning on playing Pieters in it but with Diarra out I'll need him to fill in the league while Nagatomo plays on the right... hmm. I play Coventry next league game as well.

A good win against Liverpool. 3rd beat 1st, 4th beat 2nd, only four points separate the big four now as West Brom's abysmal form just keeps on worsening.

Not about this game world, but I'm not above a bit of horn-tooting. In Gold Championship 169, I took my first crack at a new gold world, taking on the French side AJ Auxerre, who finished bottom of Ligue 1 last season. We've one match left in the first season:

Was a bit of a mental match, just gutted I couldn't have held on for that 4-5... I was nearly defeating 1st & 2nd away in consecutive matches! 
8/20 =/= most, and in any case, a lot of those teams had managers for at least part of the season, they just gave them up when they started losing.

And has anyone got a CB which isn't Shield tied that they wouldn't mind loaning out? I sent out a loan request for one of West Brom's CBs a few days ago but robocop tends to forget about the game when it isn't Sunday so I doubt he'll be on to accept the loan request in time (if he does accept it).

Have 'em all write applications, same as we did for Sunderland and Liverpool. Up to them how they want to write them. Anyone with a mind to can vote/argue in the thread here.
Applications. It used to be that Prem managers couldn't go to another Prem club which would rule both WR and zlatan_ish out, but the Chelsea job isn't like the Aston Villa one and other similar clubs.
