Tbf, Kagawa isnt the problem. He's only on the wages of an 89 player, so omar would be better off keeping him and selling someone else.

He's demanding £45k a week. Still, he could easily afford to pay that if he sells a couple of his 89ers and sends back the players he's got on loan but cannot afford.

Omar, send Banayoun (£30k) and Lovren (£30k) back to their respective teams, sell Kagawa (£30k), Berezutsky (£30k) and Dudka (£25k), and you'll be breaking even with your finances and receive £28m at least in transfer income. You could even keep Kagawa and pay his wages from the income gained selling the other two if you wanted.

Ignore these prem teams Omar, theyre trying to force you to sell kagawa on the cheap!!

Kagawa's got a level 2 concern in wages. He does have to go.

Oh, didnt know he was on level 2 concern. What actually happens if he goes to level 5?

Chairman would automatically sell him for a lower price I think.

Have you actually bothered to read the thread?

Chairman would automatically sell him for a lower price I think.

From the rules:

When a player reaches Level 5 (or a multiple of higher level concerns) your Chairman will automatically place them on the Transfer List and deal with any offers received.

So you wouldn't be in control of how much they go for.

He doesn't.

At £45k a week he'll only cost £1.7m a year in wages. If omar sells the other two players I mentioned he'll have £16m+ in the bank whilst only losing £45k a week.

Yeah, I edited my post since. It is possible for him to keep Kagawa and a £45k loss per week isn't that bad. That is probably the best thing for him to do right now.

Yep. Thats the best for him, but will he do it?

Probably not. Nobody really wants to lose their best players though and what we've suggested for Omar will be the best for him.

So, if Omar's confused here's the recommended course of action (as suggested by cider and agreed by others):

Cancel loans of the following:
Dejan Lovren (23/89 CB) - frees up £30,900 in wages
Yossi Benayoun (32/89 Wing/AM) - frees up £31,050 in wages

Selling the following for cash:
Aleksey Berezutsky (30/89 Def) - frees up £30,900 in wages
Dariusz Dudka (28/87 Def/DM) - frees up £24,750 in wages

Then give Kagawa the wage increase he wants and he'll be fine.

He can do all of that without buying in more players and it'd put him at the squad limit (21).

Goalkeeper:
Vicente Guaita (25/89)

Defenders:
Heiko Westermann (28/90 Def/DM)
Mikel San Jose (23/88 CB)
Abdelhamid El Kaoutari (22/86 LB/CB)

Midfielders:
Shinji Kagawa (23/90 AM/Wing)
Roman Shirokov (31/89 CM/AM)
Esteban Granero (25/89 CM/AM)
Kevin Grosskreutz (24/89 Wing/Fwd)
Josip Ilicic (24/88 AM/Wing)
Jose Campana (19/83 CM)
Fernandez Alex (19/80 AM/CM)

Forwards:
Lopez Adrian (24/88 Fwd/Wing)
Pinheiro Kleber (22/87 CF)
Alexandre Lacazette (21/85 Fwd/Wing)
Erwin Hoffer (25/85 CF)

Youth Team:
Ollie Chenoweth (20/70 Gk)
Steven Swinglehurst (19/70 CB/LB)
Aaron Dawson (20/70 RM/RB)
Tom Barkhuizen (19/73 Fwd/Wing)
Liam Head (20/70 Fwd)
Louis Almond (20/70 Fwd/Wing)

Overall it isn't too bad. Only issue then is the defence. In terms of forward players Blackpool are very flexible.

i dont understand some people telling you have to do it slowly. How do i do it slowly? If i have 87 rated players only, and my wages are balanced, how do i improve my squad? if i go to improve my squad, again wages will rise. So i cant improve my squad, so theres no point in doing it slowly

You win some stuff and spend it on players.

Talking about Omars finances made me look at mine, and it turns out I'm losing 100k every home/away turn.:nervous: Thats 3.8 million loss a year. I have 3.6M in bank.

Surely you can't be losing 100k after every home game ? If you mean after every sequence of 2 games (home then away) you come out 100k down then that means you would lose 1.9 million a year ?

Or am I just really shit at maths ?

IF Omar went with the above, I could buy Dudka at a reasonable price.

Give me my pending money in the other league.

Not your fault Blackpool's stadium is shit. That is what you gotta work with. Scrape your way up to Div1 if you are lucky.

Exactly, I agreed to buy one of your players for 2 odd million (that shit keeper) and I am paying a couple million over the odds of your asking price for Lucio of 11 million, not a hard concept. If you want the money then accept that bid.

And take it to PM from now.

Th two players I named (both defenders) were only examples; obviously omar will have a better idea of who to sell/keep in order to have his squad remain balanced. he just has to sell two 89ers basically, it doesn't matter which two, and his books will be ballanced.

I cant see the point of selling my 89'ers, my squad will become weak, and i can't compete. then you say loan people, then again wages rise.

Thanks for all your help but Wolves are just inches away from getting kagawa. So if anyone wants him, improve your offers.

No, youre right. :nervous: I'll lose 1.9 million over the season. Even better now. That means my cash atm will cover my loss throughout the year(I think thats how it works?).

Just had a look at your team, and its ridiculous! Are you in the red/losing money every home/away turn? Please say you are!

I don't think so no. If I am then it is nominal.

You cant compete because you are living beyond your means. You cant sustain it with the players you have. Blackpool cant generate enough income to keep your idea of competing with only 89/90 players. You are living in dreamland really.

Omar, how close is my current offer?
