Gaming The SM RedCafe League

I only have one RB so he'll definitely get game time. Won't start every week but it is useful for rotation.

thats grand out. i dont mind if he doesnt feature alot. just once a manager needs him within the first team, rather than me loaning him to a club where he is 3rd/4th choice in every postion he can play :D

Does anyone else have a ridiculous number of players out on loan that they can't call back? I have millions of pounds worth of muppetry-funds sitting on my loan list that I can't recall until the end of the season!

Just 2 and they're both rated 75 so I don't think I'm missing out on much!

No. Leeds' players weren't in demand.

I can't stop myself from buying players when I see that my balance is decent. I think to myself "I'll hold out until the transfer bans are lifted" but then I end up putting in a bid for some youth who will probably take years to get a decent profit out of.

You're a lucky guy. I'm itching to get my hands on Benayoun just so I can ship him out. Never rated him.

 I'm the same. The plan was to hold onto my funds and then attempt to swap Drogba + someone else + my whole balance for Rooney, but that isn't going to happen. Instead I decided to buy Maxwell because my squad is dangerously thin

Only one for me was Alan Smith. Sickened I couldnt call him back to sell him on before his ratings were dropped. He now appears to be out for 7 weeks

I have 4.5mil in the kitty. I hope I dont touch it. Need a decent forward. Keirrison will be the first player to go from my signings, his ratings will drop, or atleast steady out as he is gone back to Brazil and hasnt progressed really.

I'll personally sell you Messi on Zarlak's behalf. 4.5m? Yeah, no problem, have him!

Excellent, have Arsenal in the next round!!!

Good news is I managed to beat Reading resting my entire first 11 (except goalkeeper). Forest doing very nicely in the cups so far, just hope my league form improves!

Anyone got a 84/85 plus midfielder (or defender) to loan out that they almost certainly will not need to use at any point this season?

Didn't realise I had a game last night! Thought it was the cup I got knocked out in early doors, managed to win but will have to make some changes for my league game now.

Why can't i have Arsenal in next round?
I got fecking Brittania stadium instead of 60000 capacity Emirates.

I dunno how the money works though... i'm at home anyway :(

I'm undefeated in 6 games now, picking up a wonderful 4 draws! I even drew 0-0 yesterday and won on pens

Well, Millwall join the ever growing ranks of teams who fail away to Stoke on a windy and cold weeknight.

Stoke 2 Millwall 1.

Even-ish game. You have a good team but they're all old cuntholes. Milwall will be a team full of superstars in the near future.

I forgot to organise a friendly for tonight whoops :( wanted to try something before tomorrows league game too, so may just take a gamble.

Nah, reckon I'll win still ;) - just wanted a PL team away to get my budget back up into the green.

Didn't realise we got money from away cup games.

Here's hoping for a big draw in round 4 then.

My RB fitness is always bloody poor. May have to get some backup (id rather save up for a striker) or take a chance with 3 at the back and rest him.....feck.

Tough game today away to Coventry. Whatever happens the worst position I'll be in come 10 past 8 is 2nd but ideally I want to win to give Leeds more of a cushion later on in the season if we do go through a run of bad form.

Look at his team compared to mine! From the way he puts it there it is like he put out a side not good enough for Accrington Stanley but he did put out a strong side!

Manchester City announce official partnership with Sheffield United

In a deal which sees the highly rated 18yo Goalkeeper George Long making a permanent move to Eastlands for a record fee of £1,000,000, Sheffield United have entered into a potentially lucrative two year partnership deal with the Premier League leaders which will see up to three young starlets move in the opposite direction on a season long loan basis.

George Long is the latest player to join Manchester City's academy, an institution widely regarded as being the best in world football. City's dominance of the football league looks set to continue for years to come with stars the likes of Bernd Leno, Joel Obi, Mattia Valoti, Marcelo Brozovic, Zakaria Labyad, Aras Ozbiliz, Michy Batshuayi, John Ruiz, Bas Dost, Bogdan Butko, Michele Camporese, Markus Henriksen, Manuel Lanzini, Lorenzo Insigne, Luc Castaignos, Nelson Oliveira and Alvaro Morata just some of the thirty-six names manager ciderman9000000 has brought in to not only rejuvenate the academy but to thrust it to the forefront as the very pinnacle of footballing development. Without doubt the manager has cemented Manchester City's position as the place to be for upcoming young talents with an eye for goal and a hunger for trophies.

Questions must be asked though of City's rivals; does nobody have the desire to compete for the long-term success ciderman has all but secured for his club? With the English Premier League looking set to become a one-horse race for the foreseeable future, nervous chairman are looking towards their own managers for answers which are oft proving difficult to find. Zarlak of Manchester United and the scandalous, front-page hogging Urbanned of Chelsea who's facing accusations of indecent behaviour with two fourteen year old girls from YouTube are two managers under particular pressure.
