At what sort of condition is it really bad to play players? If they're in their late 80s do you lot still play them?

Everyone on 100% except for 2 players in the low 90s. Playing Rochdale away who are on terrible form at the minute and don't have a great team so I'm hoping for a good win.
I only play people if their condition is above 90. Have the same method in FM too.

I'd stretch to above 85%, they recover grand for next game and no real injuries as such so far.

Friendlies don't do anything to fitness. I played one yesterday and I have everyone 90%+.
