Disagree with this. If you're a small club that can't be online at value change then you're fecked as you won't ever have the chance of bidding for the diamonds that appear in the game. There have been far, far too many cases of people missing out on players because the value changes. At least it gives you an 18 hour window to bid rather than a 1/2 hour window.

It's a broken mechanic, utterly flawed and I hate it. Why the Devs thought it was a good idea I have no idea. It's an abysmal feature.

Not sure to be honest. I think drafts happen rarely enough that people won't be bothered about missing out on one or five. Would like to see what others think.
