Roberto's not for saleYeah, sounds reasonable that. Should have clarified before, would have bid for the Barca RB then![]()
FFP Rules - Anyone Breaking This From Now On Will Get A Kenwood Juicer Thrown At Their Heads
- A club may not have a squad larger than his Max Squad limit.
- Loaned In players will count to your squad size.
- If your squad size exceeds your limit, your club will be banned from transferring any players in to the club. This includes P/E deals.
- If you reach your squad cap, you may sign players but any deals would require 1 player in and 1 player out to ensure you remain on your squad cap
- For teams with squads below the FFP, any bid made on a player shall be assumed to be won by the team bidding, and included in determining your squad limit for FFP.
Interpreted the same. So avoided bidding on the barca kid.@Damien
Shouldn't placing the bid itself call for the ban? The rule says any bid "made" triggers it, doesn't matter whether the guy withdraws it later or not.
Yeah but it's impossible to keep track of everyones bids, right now i may have placed bids for 30 different players that nobody has shortlisted and no one would ever know. Incredibly difficult to enforce. We wrote up new rules to stop this. He shouldn't have bid full stop so it's ban.

I think the point when someones bid on a player affects the chances of another manager is when we should start banning.
The managers got banned because they didn’t withdraw in time and were in the race to sign those players til the very end. At least that’s the way i see it.We've already set a precedent and rewrote the rules and 4 Managers got banned last time it happened. Chop off his head for a month.
Yes it should. Wino got banned for just putting the bid in, technically all those who's bids will take them over FFP should be slapped with bans.@Damien

We got banned for the bids being accepted and not withdrawn on time (I wasn't on in time to see the message).Yes it should. Wino got banned for just putting the bid in, technically all those who's bids will take them over FFP should be slapped with bans.
I can't get on right now. Can someone post on there that he's transferbanned please?I see where you guys are coming from though. In the future i'd be fine with that if that's the way you want it to work.
Someone make a post on SM with the FFP rules and also send them as PM's to everyone on the game someone. @Damien
No. When the transfers went through a month ago, Wolves, Fulham and I got banned despite not winning any of the bids.so bids are fair game as long as within FFP when transfer confirmed?
Doneski.I can't get on right now. Can someone post on there that he's transferbanned please?
Fair enough. Needed clarification after last couple of discussion.No. When the transfers went through a month ago, Wolves, Fulham and I got banned despite not winning any of the bids.
Ye, but Hereford sucks so.. Easy win for you.Match of the millennium tonight as underdogs United face high-flying Hereford at home. United are without four key players, while Hereford boast a fully match fit squad with no suspensions.
Hereford players are model players and not aggressive at all.Match of the millennium tonight as underdogs United face high-flying Hereford at home. United are without four key players, while Hereford boast a fully match fit squad with no suspensions.
With his voodoo managing to injure four of my players before the match has kicked off, I'm fully expecting three in this game alone.Hereford players are model players and not aggressive at all.

United's plucky underdogs beat the evil Hereford 1:0. The evil Hereford's dirty games continued during the match as Matip got sent off for a potential career-ending tackle. We wish the evil Hereford the best of luck over the rest of the season and hope that they don't get as many injuries as they have subjected us to via the jinxes.

I suggested the rules be posted on SM and also sent to everyone's PM's (in game) so there are no excuses in the future. Then i see no reason for it to be the bid itself that gets you the ban. As long as everyone knows clearly how it works (which MKD possibly might not have). What's the final take on whether a bid itself triggers the ban?
I don't mind either ways, just want to be sure everyone interprets it the same way because the current wording in the rules mean one can't even bid.I suggested the rules be posted on SM and also sent to everyone's PM's (in game) so there are no excuses in the future. Then i see no reason for it to be the bid itself that gets you the ban. As long as everyone knows clearly how it works (which MKD possibly might not have).
Seems like a familiar conversation...I thought we all agreed no bidding if the bid takes you over ffp, then wrote it in the rules.
United's plucky underdogs are set to host formidable Reading tonight. Further showing United's injury woes, young starlet Ridle Baku (75) is rumoured to be making his debut tonight. A source says "We know we will lose but can only hope to keep the margin of defeat to single figures"
It's ok Damien, you're players are starting to come back from injury so you've gone through the hardest part of your season. Well done.
Only Griezmann is coming back - the rest are miles away.
Fuccck, forgot to change my team.
