Yeah but it's impossible to keep track of everyones bids, right now i may have placed bids for 30 different players that nobody has shortlisted and no one would ever know. Incredibly difficult to enforce.

I think the point when someones bid on a player affects the chances of another manager is when we should start banning.

We've already set a precedent and rewrote the rules and 4 Managers got banned last time it happened. Chop off his head for a month.

The managers got banned because they didn’t withdraw in time and were in the race to sign those players til the very end. At least that’s the way i see it.

Yes it should. Wino got banned for just putting the bid in, technically all those who's bids will take them over FFP should be slapped with bans.
 
I see where you guys are coming from though. In the future i'd be fine with that if that's the way you want it to work.

I suggested the rules be posted on SM and also sent to everyone's PM's (in game) so there are no excuses in the future. Then i see no reason for it to be the bid itself that gets you the ban. As long as everyone knows clearly how it works (which MKD possibly might not have).

I don't mind either ways, just want to be sure everyone interprets it the same way because the current wording in the rules mean one can't even bid.
