I applaud the effort from that person to make the list but it's still just a subjective list. A lot of players that have proved far more than players at the top of the list etc. I could give many examples, good or bad but i don't feel like shitting on people's players

Everton have Jesus (21/92), Kessie (21/89), Nunez (21/88), Diawara (20/88), Alexander-Arnold (19/87), Diop (21/87) and 11 others (bloody Geiger) while Southend have Dembele (21/90), Donnarumma (19/89), Upamecano (19/89), Ndidi (21/89), Tousart (21/88), Bentancur (21/88), Havertz (19/88), Gomez (21/87) and a bunch of others including De Ligt (18/86).I thought I was close to the top of youth table

Kessie turns 22 in December as does Ndidi but the other high rated ones are into next year.
Meanwhile Elvedi and Zakaria turn 22 in September and November for me so I'll be plummeting down.
Eddy Salcedo's apparently not keen about moving to Inter (again - same problem last year) so that looks like it is about to collapse.
Everton has more space for new players so he can lead the youth table when he wants to
