You could have picked a player but it's too late as the West Ham Draft has been and gone. We have a draft when a caftard leaves the game and nobody wants to take up the club (currently we're doing Birmingham). The rules of the draft are in that post.
 
Tonight my new look defense will have it's debut! Hereford had leaked 6 goals in 3 games so decided to change things up with the recent Drafts and my defense now looks like the following:

Old Defense:
Rosales (29/88)---- Marcano(30/88)---- Benatia (30/91)---- Gaya(22/89)

New Defense:
D'Ambrosio (29/89)---- Rami(30/90)---- Benatia (30/91)---- Gaya(22/89)

Once Spain is reviewed Gaya should get a +1 too. Hopefully thats good enough to push for a playoff spot in Division 2 this season!
 
It's likely that Benatia and Gaya are the root of your defensive catastrophes. I can offer you Kjaer for Benatia - Kjaer is a beast though so I'll need a massive cash sweetner. Don't say I never offer.

Gaya is on loan to be fair. My defense is erm... not the best! But I do have some good young players coming through but need another window or two before they're ready for the first team.
