@harshad your pick is invalid because you are already at squad limit
Unnecessarily harsh ruling for what is essentially a game caftards play. As he said, he's already transfer listed players to make space for the guy he's drafted. It's not a usual transfer where he's bidding over his limit.

Seriously, I don't have the energy to deal with all this stuff. If anyone wants to take over, I am more than willing to step down
If you're being serious about this taking a toll on your real life, I'd advise you to step down whether or not anyone's willing to step up. It's a game, you shouldn't let it affect your real life.

Needless to say, I doubt that's the case and this is all about me disagreeing with you which led to you throwing your toys out but my advice is still genuine because I wouldn't want to judge when I can't really know either ways.

I'll pass. Both on Blackburn's players and stepping up.

It's not about that, but I understand

It would be easier if people were a bit more proactive in the draft. Rather than waiting to be tagged etc actually bother to check. This is part of the reason why its so feckin slow.

Maybe a way of speeding shit up is to PM someone a list of your preferred targets in order. Then it's just a case of going through everyones lists in order. That would save a feck load of time no?

However, it's not as serious as taking a toll on my life

There are certain aspects of how the game is going on right now that I do not like, and I think that has affected my judgement on how to manage this game. The more it goes on, the more I will become a hindrance. I think the game needs fresh idea from other people

Why not just give people x amount hours deadline. If they miss it the draft moves on.

Well thats what we do already, but doing that means the draft can take a week to get through if 10 odd people miss the draft.
Is there a reason why it needs to be done so quickly? 1 week isn't really that long.

@P-Nut0712

To put it into perspective, the Draft started on Sunday and we're still ages away from actually completing the damn thing.

I would suggest that someone comes forward next time who intends to Skip. That person then becomes the Draft Admin (could be more than 1 person). Then everyone sends their lists to those people (with a specific deadline, 48 hours to produce your list). At that point the Draft Admins then go through this lists and finalise the Draft results. Sorted.

Well, it's a pain in the arse having to constantly tag people. If you want to take over and understand the annoyance feel free. ;)
Well you shouldn't have to chase people, tag them once and if they miss the deadline it's their fault. You don't have to babysit.

How about next time we send out a game wide PM and try and organise a time, if players can't be there at that time they send the organiser a pick all they way down to there ranking in the draft, and for those that are there at that time out then in the clock 10 20 mins, it's better than the 90 seconds for the FPL draft

Yah, for what its worth. We'll make this automated in Redmanager :p

#features are neat
Its either #featuresareneat or #features #are #neat

Yours is just #features essentially

Don't know who to tag after me
