I think we've all been in that position where we've been in a rut. Happened to me once when finishing outside of the top four. Feels like sometimes no matter what you do, the game has set out so that you finish in a particular position and then it changes the next season.
Ipswich has more promising talents but Blackburn requires a complete rebuild. However, both will have a tough fight to achieve promotion in a competitive Div2.
