Skralck is currently in a meeting with his top lawyers. They are confident that if his name or his likeness is used in the text of the redcafe novel then he will:- own full rights to its distribution and any profits made, have total veto on any finished text/editing, be in total control of release date/price, have the power to sack/remove/censor any writers that contributed to the novels main text.
I strongly urge you to reconsider your introduction of Skralck as a character in this book.

The Producer and Chief editor will hold a meeting discussing the possible compliance of such terms...
