Why dont you reduce the number of teams but make it mandatory to be teams of 2 so the draft can keep moving quicker?

To make it more challenging and a more even spread of talent I’m think of limiting maximum of 2 players from one nationality .
And a minimum of 6 nations represented in the final squad.
Not interested in going solo. More than happy to assist someone if they wish.
