Yeah, I thought that from the outset, when people bitched about this working better for those at the top. With all the swings and roundabouts I think this snake draft ends up being more balanced than usual.
My problem isn't really that I won't get the top youngsters, it's that it is impossible to plan at all when you have absolutely no idea what sort of player/position will be left over.
I really have bugger all idea who to pick next now.

Very hard to plan, indeed.
Realistically I'll end up with a youngster who is decent at best, which means it becomes a question of tucking him away somewhere. And that has consequences for the set-up. Essentially, you need to go for a set-up which can accommodate a semi-passenger of sorts.
