I think he needs to pull a shot back on the next hole or the task will be too much.

Sports and psychological pressure never ceases to amaze me.

Here's Tom Watson a five times winner, legend, who has done it all, needing to hit a shortish iron 200 yards to the 18th green to get down in three a par for he title for an immense achievement - one of the greatest in all sporting history should he pull it off

An iron shot he must have hit probably 100,000 times.

Zam - he slightly overclubs it, takes a 5 and is a certain loser in the play off

If you had worked out the odds of Cink after 16 what would you have got - he's 2 behind just bogeyed 16 and in the clubhouse then Watson hits a birdie at 17 goes to the last needing only that par.
