Most of my goals were lucky to be fair, I don't really know why it was Frey's own goal and not Lavezzi's goal as it was him who took the shot I think but it was a lucky goal. The only one I was excited with was Hamsik's, good cross from Maggio, Lavezzi hist the bar and Hamsik comes with a powerful rebound - I loved it because it's exactly how he would take it in real world, and on FIFA most of those shots are saved for some reason.

My keeper seemed to not bother saving shit with the last few goals :lol:

Btw, Cavani is a really strong player and hard to defend against.

I have to say though mate, the game was pure entertainment.
 
I'd like to have it played this week, so I'd say Sunday - I'd prefer it to be played earlier than that, but I know that with eight people participating some might not be able to make it during the work days.
 
Sarni want to play right now? Going to be quite busy from tomorrow onwards.
 
What happened there? We can set up another game and treat its first half as the second half of first leg. If it ends a draw then we will play another game but 4 mins a half.
 
Nice one...connection goes down while I'm 3-0 down at HT. Game's yours Sarni though, wouldn't have gotten 3 in the 2nd half.

Should have seen me on the 3rd goal though, my mum passes me the phone to talk to a relative and the cord snaps the whole thing and falls on the floor while I'm cursing everywhere. You'd have won either way, you're better!
 
Nah, I wasn't much better and there was still a whole half a game to go. If you want we can set up a new one as I said and finish it. :smirk: if not, then thank you for participating and please subscribe for the next tournament when it's announced.

If first half is 3-goal win for you then we call the game off, and start another one - no point with continuing because a draw in the second half would mean no extra time and we would have to play an extra game anyway. Next game that acts as an extra time shall be 4 mins a half.
 
All right, would have liked to finish that game but I have to go.

End as 6-2, second half was very close and as I said you had a chance to come back, at 1-0 you had some great chances in that second game.

It was a strong 4 out of 5, would have probably been a 5 if it had gone until the last minute but I had those great three minutes before. I actually think all of my games so far were pretty exciting, first there were 6-2 and 5-3 against jgraham and Alex, then I lost to Billy on the same night by 3-2, had it tough and won 5-3 against Gaz. I only went down once in the entire tournament and I lost that game, it was against Billy, I think I will have a lot of difficulties winning from behind because I tend to lose the plot - have managed to win 3-1 twice while coming from behind in the Xbox 360 tournament mind.

Well played, Ole... deserved too... after the third goal I gave up, though... and the second one, the failed header back to the goalie, fecked me off big time... I wish FIFA was a person so I could take a knife to it.

In case Ole's not here to be all balanced and shit and give a proper review:

Hoffenheim (Easy E, aka me) v Napoli (20le): 1-4

I got the first goal, a semi lucky one off a counter attack, it being my only chance in the first half. He nabbed himself an equaliser close to the end of the first half as I played into his one-two for the first time in the match. Second half was tight, with him steamrolling me and me making a few decent chances off the counter... during extra time I had a high ball back in defence which my defender had enough time to head home, but it didn't go far enough, and Ole showed no mercy. Cue me trying to press for an equaliser and doing a decent job off it until he nabbed a third... KO.

Good luck, hope you win the whole damn thing.

Good game, as usual mate, your defending was top notch. i gifted you a goal at the star but you returned the favour in extra time.

I was shitting it going to pens! after the Cavani header missed for me i knew it was going to pens. but you gave me that gift and the goal from the corner sealed it pretty much.
 
Ole, maybe we can play now seeing as we are both available? At least one half of a ladder will be finished. :smirk:

Tight as Hell... I had a free kick call denied after you obstructed me too when I was chasing that equaliser, and the one I did get was kept out beautifully by your keeper. It's rare that moments stick that much but I had so little to go by. I pretty much had to be a bit reckless so that gave you the third.

No matter, I suppose... I'm shite at penalties.
 
Looking at 20le's results and comments about his games I wonder if there is even a point playing this, I should probably focus on third place game already. :lol:

When you got the free kick i didn't even bother, I got ready to attack because i just knew you were going to score, Every time i've played you you've scored harder ones!

I won't be there unfortunately. We will play some other time, I should be available on Wednesday or Thursday and then the entire weekend. The other quarter finals have not even been played yet so I suppose there is plenty of time.

Seeing as you pick Napoli I will probably use another side, I kind of have an idea of who I want to play against them but will have it tested before we meet each other. :smirk:
