Ed Norton is tied/second place to Bale.
He is a fantastic actor though, near enough a genius at what he does.
Have you seen him in Primal fear? If you haven't it's really worth watching, it's what first got me attentitive to his work.

I meant he is tied with Bale as my favourite actor, and if push comes to shove perhaps second place.
I think his acting is better then Bale's, and I do believe he is a genius at what he does. But I think Bale is more diverse and has a far stronger range. Going from films like The Prestige and The Machinist to Harsh Times.
I love watching them sleep.
You definitely have to watch Primal Fear. A class movie.
