The Office

Stringer Bell from The Wire has joined the cast for a multiple story arc.:)

buy the dvd ... why why .... download

there are times when michael overdoes it .. but other than that .. the show is great

Best 32 euro I have ever spent*, love it.

*This point stands regardless of how infrequently I have spent exactly 32 euro.

I love the US version, though it took me about a series to warm to it

The UK version was hit and miss for me

The UK version was hit and miss for me

The first season started off very slow but towards the end of the first season I started to actually like the show. Dwight Schrute is the best character on that show. Now I am hooked. I just started watching the UK version, but I still like the US version more.

I haven't seen the uk version. Being American, I think some of the humor escaped me...

But I love the American version. The first season wasn't great at the time, but going back and watching it I love it. I think it needs to end as season 5 isn't that great, but seasons 3 and 4 were incredible.

Yeah the first season was probably the worst season, but it really seem to hit its stride after that, and is continuing to do so, I really wonder what they are gonna end up doing with this arc. Inevitably, Michael is gonna be back as manager but it will be interesting to see how his 'company' does in the meantime

Finished watching the first three seasons, fantastic stuff. The episode with the bat is just hysterically funny.

i loved the UK version and always thought that the US version would not live up to it so never watched but i started watching it recently and found it really funny. Dwight for me is the highlight of the show.

just finished watching the last episode in the new series and it was a good episode, couple of good bits

The US version is good but it's a completely different show.

There's basically no point to the whole documentary premise of the show like there was in the UK version because it's so over top and unrealistic. It's shot like a normal sitcom, apart from the little one on ones with the camera.

Does anyone have a link to stream of season 5? Not that I would ever watch a televison programme online, that would be wrong, it's just that after episode 4 of that season on the website I never watch it on (c-vids), it stops working and the videos keep just sending me to annoyong poker ads....or at least they would if I did any of that.

So...stream for Wonder Pigeon please?

Loved the Uk version but found the cringing a tad too cringeworthy on occasions. There is only so far I can curl my toes. But still - it was still a must see.

We are actually watching an episode from season 2 of the US office right now - it really has grown into a great programme in its own right. Dwight is a comedy god!

I actually watched a few episodes of the US version a week or so ago, I'd never seen it before, and I thought it was hilarious - might have to, erm, 'acquire' them to watch in order.

I haven't found the first 2 episodes of season 6 very good to be honest.

Michael has gone from moron to pure malicious.

I thought the opener had some really funny stuff, next episode was solid but not amazing.

Real dick move to Jim alright, but can't say it didn't backfire on him.

Gonna catch up with some downloads, I watched season 1 last night and plan on watching season 2 sometime over the next few days.

QUite the opposite for me. I think it's been a superb start to the seaon.

Dwight made me piss in the last episode with his 'Are you serious?' comment to Daryl.

Michael isn't ever malicious. He's like a child trapped in a mans body. The stuff he pulled on Jim was obviously because he was worried for his own job.

Am finally caught up with this now, love it. I did watch the uk version when it was on telly but I can't really remember much of it. I prefer the US version though definitely. Dwight is a brilliant character.

I was a bit worried about the wedding episode because episode 3 was pretty poor I thought. It was brilliant though, hilarious and heartwarming in equal measure. Damn good television.

Just finished watching it, fantastic episode. WP summed it up nicely.

Also noticed the receptionist flashed some arse during her dance down the aisle

Yeah that was a great episode. Dwight was ducking hilarious

I am now upto date with all the eps. Dwight is one of the funniest tv characters ever, and the US version is as funny or funnier than the UK version.

If i had the authority i'd have you executed for that remark. Or maybe tortured until you came to your senses.

She's so damn cute in that show, hard to believe it's the same girl who did this:

Was a very funny episode alright, considering the first few of the season have been a bit disappointing. The opening was brilliant.

She is a cutie though no doubt

I hated the wedding episode.

But then pretty much anything to do with Pam & Jim makes me want to vomit.

The 'twins' bit was good though.

I just haven't been able to get into the Us version the original is far better, was thinking about giving the Us version of life on mars a chance but can't see that been in the same class either.
