I see the "Yes" has already gone down 0.5% since we managed to squeeze in another longball last minute lucky Marouane Fellaini goal win despite being utter dross, people changing after every match, absolutely pathetic

You are dead right though. We play like Stoke. Compare our attacking play to City or Liverpool. We are miles different. They have method to their attacking play. We rely on luck.

We have good players though. So if we get a more attacking manager you would see better play.

There's gotta be rainbow after the rain, that's what's getting us through these days buddy.

C'mon you cannot say with the straight face that Young Boys played better than us. There were so many missed opportunities with Mata, Fellaini and Rashford not hitting the target. Agreed that our perfromances should be much better than what we're showing right now. But we just qualified for Ro16 from a decent group. It's not so difficult to forget the season for a moment and enjoy a win.
We we’re 7/10 in the first half, should have been 2 up. 2nd half was absolutely abysmal and just reverted to lump it into the box football. They should have scored twice on the counter.

This young boys team are nothing special, our other European rivals would absolutely destroy them. This win just like the Newcastle win is papering the cracks and just prolongs the enivatable.

I’m sick to death and bored of watching us right now. I’m sick of seeing Matic non stop and that clown Mourinho acting like it’s all about him.

Rio is in serious breaking point isn’t he?

God knows he and Scholes can sit there with brave faces on.

Rio has been for a while, his reaction at the weekend was harsh too. He pretty much said all he could without saying Mourinho needs to get sacked.

I remember Rio being very excited when Jose signed for us too, but like myself, he has realised Mourinho the wrong man.

As much as I think his time is over, the players need to take a huge share of responsibility as well. I remember towards the end of his last stint at Chelsea that I was disgusted by the likes of Hazard and Fabregas just downing tools towards the end of his tenure. I always thought we were better than that as a club and our players would never stoop to that level. Unfortunately I’m being proven wrong. Some of those boys don’t deserve to wear the United shirt. Mourinho has a lot to answer for but he doesn’t make Rashford miss sitter after sitter or Fellaini not even hit the target outside the 6 yard box. When the inevitable comes and he’s punted, I truly hope whatever new manager we gets says bye to a load of the squad at the same time.

Fans are fickle buddy, very fickle.

I can definitely understand Mou. Rashford has been absolutely dreadful and so wasteful lately. That miss in the beginning

+ When you look at the attitudes sometimes, it must be incredibly frustrating that your reputation is on the line because some players can't really be arsed or are simply not good enough. But at the same time fans are all over you for spelling out the obvious that every one feels including the fans themselves.

I don't think Mou should vent his frustration about our players in the media, but even Fergie was fuming on the sidelines. I'm saying he should of course be allowed to celebrate after such a frustrating performance from some of the players.

Mate Jose came in and dropped a goal scoring striker in Rashford and replaced him with Ibrahimovic even before Rashford failed and turned him in to a winger almost intsantly  oh no wheres your memory.........

Instantly he wanted a target man up front and replaced the ageing one which he used to make space of Rashfrod and martial as wingers to bring Lukaku in.

Where is the frustration when Lukaku misses a 3 inch miss  Do you not get it because your a little Jose fan

Rashford has lost the art of being a striker because he has only ever played a game or two at max in a row in a period of 2-3 months. If you expect a young striker like that to get his ability going then fair be.

Il just sit back and watch Jose continue to give Lukaku free moves in to the first XI freely on zero just because he likes the way he looks.

Take care.

That miss in the beginning  Have you seen Lukaku's misses - Rashford would not miss one of those

...or nothing to do with him when players fail:
“They are always asking for Rashford to play, so you cannot complain that Rashford is playing as a number nine,” he told UEFA.

“And people like Fred, so you cannot complain that Fred is playing. "

Had a go at Mourinho about the football we play, said it's not good enough. Didn't like the celebration, and wasn't a fan of the post match interview, Rio didn't like how Mourinho always makes it about himself. Didn't say Jose should get sacked but it's clear he's not a fan, didn't have anything positive to say.
Thanks. If they're covering the game on Saturday and we're shite again I fully expect Rio and Scholesy to come out and flat out say that Jose should go.

Yep we all thought we’d got a winner and a guy that would push us over the line. I think we all knew times would get tricky but this is far worse than I ever imagined.

This team needs a coach not a manager

I'd be suspicious of any Utd fan who still thinks Jose deserves to be manager at this stage to be honest.

I don't know a single person outside of Redcafe that feels Jose deserves to stay in the job. Not one.

(apart from my missus' dad who is a scouser and a fecking idiot to boot)

We obviously need a few new players to replace the mediocrity in the squad, but can you honestly say you'd want Jose to be the one to manage incoming talent once they're here..?

Yo @SirAF one last question for tonight, I promise.

Since you started following UTD because we were winning, does that mean if we go on without winning for any prolonged period of time, will we be at risk of losing your support ?

Yeah me neither.

My dad, who was very pro Jose even as recently as like September, has now given up the ghost and wants him sacked.

:lol:The anti-mourinho must be absolutely gutted with that result

Just as much as Scholesy

Did anyone see that slapped arse of a face of his on BT tonight?

...nothing to do with him when players fail:
Is he actually implying Fred was poor today? Anyway his man management is the opposite of how it should work and then people wonder why we’ve got players low on confidence when manager makes sneaky and demeaning comments like this every other week about his subordinates.

Let’s be honest, even the biggest Jose fan can’t deny that this is only going to end one way. The team isn’t suddenly going to start playing attractive football, whether it’s Jose’s fault or the players is irrelevant, as we can’t sack a whole team.

This was Mourinho’s chance to prove he can build a team long term, and it hasn’t come close to working. I completely agree that we need a experienced defender, but why has he bought two 35 million pound players, when the last thing we needed was more average squad players. Why has he bought Fred for £50 million, when we have Pereira who is more than capable of filling that role.

I like Mourinho, but he’s vastly underperforming, and would have been long out of the job in most top teams.

I'm not his biggest fan but I have sympathised with the lack of quality he has in this team, although he himself hasn't done much to improve that with his signings. We all know how this ends though and that's the most disappointing thing. Why do we bother keeping this whole farce going? It's not going to pick up, we might have a few wins here and there that give us all the tiniest bit of hope but then it all falls down again. It's maddening.

At the risk of sounding like an ass  I already answered that in my long post to you! I think I made it pretty clear that I’m not going anywhere ;) You don’t just sack of a 20+ year old interest/passion.

Same. I have a fair few United all supporting mates and every single one of them want him gone. Even other United fans I talk to casually want him out ASAP. It’s literally only his few minions on here that are backing him and talking bollox.

That was seriously depressing. We have zero ideas how to build an attack and scoring goals, without the luck factor. We literally play without a clue, and just hope for the best every game...!

Paul Scholes actually genuinely cares about the club and that's why he wants Mourinho out.

Anyone that cared for the club would want the same thing.

Rio is pretty much there already. I'm not sure if I heard it right, but I remember Rio saying he won't say the manager should get sacked as it would make headlines, so no chance of that. But he's going as much as far as he could without saying Mourinho should get sacked. Scholes was quiet but he agreed with Rio tonight.

Yep we all thought we’d got a winner and a guy that would push us over the line. I think we all knew times would get tricky but this is far worse than I ever imagined.

Yeah I'm with you, the Mourinho we got isn't the Mourinho I thought we would get. He doesn't even interested half of the time, he looks like someone who has fallen out of love with the game and this is just another job for him.
