We aren’t moving forward with him. It’s incredibly clear. We aren’t going to get better football.
I want to want to watch us.

His substitutions have been very poor in the last 2 games.

They seem to throw the whole team out. The last 20 minutes were awful, everybody was so narrow. He needs to have in head head before a game what he will do to change it so it doesn't become a massive mess.

I care about United, not football.

And how did you come to care for United? By loving football or you've just happen to stumble upon a newspapers one day and since we were hot stuff back then, you decided to support UTD?

I care about United, not football.
We're 7th in the league and far off the top in Europe due to reliance on shit game plans like tonight
You not entertained?
If you're not celebrating last minute wins then I'd love to see your little group watch 5-0 tankings every week.
You would hate to be a City fan. I can tell.
No I'm not excited by 90 woeful minutes against young boy's second team.

As i said. Paper over the grand canyon.

Agree with Rio on the celebration. All eyes on me type of celebration. It's all about Jose for Jose

That's not celebration - that's him getting rid of anger and frustration.

Doesn't have to exclude each other. Scoring is relief of all the frustration.

I wonder how do people celebrate themselves, since they can't understand Mou's feelings?! At least in some aspect? Do they sit in their comfy chairs, yelling a quiet little "yay" and go back into being quite mice!?

Football is about feelings ffs, let the man show some passion - we're through.

The fact is Fellaini only scored like this because that is what our tactics are well suited to do under Jose. Him waving his fingers and showing his dissapointment to Old trafford when Rashford misses a penalty is him as a manager highlighting that he cannot tactically get the best out of Rashford, that Rashford is not his type of striker.

On the other end - Fellaini and Lukaku are his type of striker and always will be. That goal was his epitomy of football and adding Toby, Perisic,Mcguire or willian is not going to add roses to that pieces of pellets we see on the field as football.

Why anyone wants to see that continue is beyond me. Tactically we wont change a bit - if im being open minded; we will only get better if so, marginally towards playing that rubbish.

I thought his reaction was hilarious. Reminded me of Moyes.

I thought the same

Probably because you said (quote) "VP89 loves him".
And you do realise the person you are defending does that thing all the time, even twice after my post? Who then goes on to call people childish yet defends the most childish human being to the hilt that we have ever had or ever possibly will have managing the club?. Okay then.

Anyway, I'm done, it was worth it. Sometimes you've just got to call a spade a spade.

So just check the scores then why do you watch it? Doesn’t make any sense.

Do you even bother to watch the games or do you just tune in for the final result? After all it's all about winning isn't it.

Sigh.. I’ve heard this argument before and it is very poor. The obvious answer is:

No, because nothing can beat the feeling when you see a goal live that mens that your team pulls ahead to position themselves to win. See? Easy.

He is not going to be sacked until it is impossible to qualify for the Champions league. Not until we are out of the champions league and not making the top 4.

He should be sacked earlier, but he wont be.

@SirAF do you care about the club more or Mourinho? Because at this stage they’re exclusive of one another. If it meant getting rid of Mourinho for the club to finish top 4 would you accept it?

And how did you come to care for United? By loving football or you've just happen to stumble upon a newspapers one day and since we were hot stuff back then, you decided to support UTD?

I decided to support UTD because my grandfather gave a VHS of the 96/97 season review and Solskjaer (from my country) was hot shit then.

Can anyone explain what our current system is? I can't for the life of me work out what our midfield is supposed to be doing when we're building play

We were winning a lot I guess.

Look at my join date, what do you think? Of course I would.

What is more important to you? Getting Mourinho sacked or watching United win?

Bollocks

In any walk of life if you see your manager having a pop at you it's going to piss you off

You obviously have no idea of what the day to day life of a profesional Footballer entails. (I do)
Football is a highly emotional, testosterone filled sport filled with men.

Theres cursing,abuse,shoving,even fighting.
They get shouted at by managers all the time.
Three words.
Fergies hair dryer.

C'mon guys, Jose is not getting fired anytime soon. How about enjoy a few good victories here and there?

In all honesty after 90 minutes of shiit and mind-boggling decisions, there simply isn't that much energy left to celebrate late minute win. Frustration takes it's toll by then.

A better base to work off? Jose has been here for nearly 3 seasons. He’s brought the players in. We have not had an attacking manger since Sir Alex retired, that’s the problem.

Tonight out of the 11 starting, 3 were bought in by Jose. Hardly his team.

I agree we need a more attacking outlook, but as evidenced tonight, we’re not good enough to throw caution to the wind yet. That’s why Jose tries to grind out results, because we’re so poor going forward that we can’t rely on our forwards to put the game out of sight.

Jose just needs to be put out of his misery, his body language just confirms that he has no plans or ideas how to get this team to play football. I dont care if there are no replacements, which is a load of b******s btw, but even Carrick/Mckenna can get so much more of of this team.

Look at my join date, what do you think? Of course I would.

Then what is behind this staunch defence of the manager I don’t get it? Cheering the goal - I get that completely as it can be seen as independent of whether or not you support the man in charge but in general you can’t seem support the fact he needs to go. How can you still cling on to that opinion and call yourself a United fan in equal measure?

So was his showing of fustration and discontent for Rashford to the old trafford crowd, the TV screen, the Public, the staff something I should be understanding as Jose's feelings?

Im alright thanks. I saw how the guy reacted today and he has an army that has him at the top and about 5 players at max that he deems vital to his tactics. He is fustrated and angry with eveyrthing that is not in that circle and was relieved when he and his circle were able to get out of another shite performance.

AKA relief and frustration.

It's all well and good when your frustrated by the 90th min because the game hasnt gone your way but after sulking at your bench and showing everyone 'this is why i dont pick rashford as striker' type language in the first 20 mins of a game - the frustration is something he is carrying well before the match started mate.

Take care though. Hope you enjoyed the goal and the match. You are a better United supporter than me x

Until and unless United gets relegated or its after the 2019-20 season, there is no way Jose is leaving the club.

And the modern player aren't men, they're precious little fairies who need protection

What was there to enjoy with that performance? Football is more about the result, it’s the 90 minutes. We sucked for 70 minutes of that match and didn’t deserve to win. It’s pathetic and it’s happening more and more.

1 goal in 3 home CL matches from man united is just unheard of.

I have already posted weeks ago that I accept Mourinho needs to go. I can still like the man and be a fan - they are not mutually exclusive.

There's little to no joy left in watching United these days, the last 2 games especially. There's so much left in the season too, a lot of those left to watch. It's so hard to get excited about anything football related anymore.

And you do realise the person you are defending does that thing all the time, even twice after my post? Who then goes on to call people childish yet defends the most childish human being to the hilt that we have ever had or ever possibly will have managing the club?. Okay then.

Then just slag off Jose. He deserves stick (as do players and board).
