Tito is done. Can't win a respectable fight and the bad press from this domestic violence arrest should see the UFC distance itself from him.

# Sam Stout vs. Jeremy Stephens
# Kimbo Slice vs. Matt Mitrione
# Patrick Côté vs. Alan Belcher

shogun and semtex... Im soooooo looking forward to this one

great semtex interview

Paul Daley has finally had enough of listening to all of Josh Koscheck's trash talk, and now he has opened up to let ESPN.co.uk know exactly what he thinks of the AKA fighter.

The pair go head to head at UFC 113 in what is widely regarded as a shoot-out for the next shot at Georges St-Pierre's welterweight title. Both men are currently riding two-fight win streaks under the UFC umbrella, and Daley represents one of the few men St-Pierre is yet to have beaten.

Typically Koscheck has gone into overdrive to trash his opponent ahead of the fight, recently claiming Daley was piggy-backing on the American to make his name. The NCAA division one wrestler holds notable victories over Chris Lytle, Diego Sanchez and Anthony Johnson, but he has also been beaten by Thiago Alves, Paulo Thiago and St-Pierre, and Daley cannot wait to add his name to that list.

"Koscheck was actually in my training room for my first UFC fight against Martin Kampmann, and he was backstage after I knocked out Dustin Hazelett as well," Daley told ESPN.co.uk.

"He was just acting cocky and being the absolute c**k that he is. He acts all special but he's just a c**k really. He's a major irritant, that's what he is.

"He's a d**k. He wants to be a superstar, but the problem for Koscheck is... nobody likes him. You have to have the ability or you have to be liked to be a superstar. Koscheck has neither."

Koscheck has even suggested he might choose to stand with the fully-loaded hands of Daley on May 8, but the Briton mocked such a scenario in his UFC blog.

"Let's talk about his style. He's not that great a wrestler. His takedowns have been stuffed by almost every opponent he's faced. He can't kick-box for c**p, not if his life depended on it. If he tries to stand with me for even a second, I fear for his well-being. And his ground and pound is c**p. If he grounded and pounded me in my sleep he'd barely have enough power in his punches to wake me up."

Does look a great lineup for 113!

I reckon Machida will win. After that first fight I suppose most are expecting Shogun to explode past him, but I just have a feeling Machida will take this in slightly more convincing fashion than last time. But I like both fighters, if Shogun wins I won't complain, I'd prefer to see Machida keep his record and put the first fight behind him though. Great main event!

Kos vs Daley could be great fight too, hopefully Kos takes the bait and decides to stand :D Although I don't think he will

Id absolutely love it if Koscheck stood with Daley. I hate Kos with a passion and would love nothing more than to see him KTFO.

I reckon Shogun will take the title. He looked so focussed in the 1st fight, and it really seems as if he's regaining his Pride form. If so then Machida is in for a shock, UFC rules or not

looking forwards to this weekend, i don't really care who wins any of them... just want some good fights.
machida and shogun... will shogun go for same tactics as last time? or will he switch to something else.... i think will be harder for him this time round.
koscheck and daley should be a good one as they are winding eachother up in the build up... i would like them to knock eachother out actually... both of them deserve a good beating, the cocky feckers

This.

Shogun pulled a rabbit out of his hat last time and still wasn't good enough.

Machida has been working on controlling distance better for this fight to nullify Shoguns kicking game.

If Shogun tries the same thing, I think he is going to lose badly. So what is he going to do? Will he come at Machida aggressively? Possible for the "that was unexpected" angle, but it would also likely be suicidal. Will Shogun try to take it to the ground? Probably. I don't think Shogun can reliably take Machida down however, Machida is one of the best wrestlers in the entire division.

Neither have really ever relied on their BJJ and both do have black belts so who knows who would get the better of a technical grappling match.

I think Machida wins this in more convincing fashion this time around.

Somehow i can't see Lyoto cocking up twice. He's too cerebral a fighter, but then again they said that about Frank Mir as well.

lyoto is still karate based therefore he will ALLWAYS struggle agains sharp latteral movement... the advantage you gain for the in / out distance maintaining stance is that it leaves you slightly wrong footed against a latteral style like muay thai...

if it stays at that sort of range I would fancy shogun... as legs are longer than arms and enough kicks to the femeral and cyatic will slow any fighter down

lyoto has the advantage at pushing the fight where he wants it with his sumo background plus he just looks a bit heavier but shoguns knees are so good i dont think its worth the risk of keeping him in the clinch...

either way i dont expect another 5 round fight i think it will end fairly quickly with neither of them being prepared to leave it to the judges again and when it comes to aggressive fighting i make rua the favourite...

and as he was robbed last time i hope he sparks lyoto...

plus i think silva vs rua would be about as good a fight as you could get and a rua victory makes that a real possibility

also lyoto drinks his own piss and thats just so fecking wierd it creeps me out

We just landed in Montreal about 2 hours ago, TJ is at the gym doing his second to last preps, pictures will come eventually but just checking in to say hello from the FitPlus camp.

WAR FIREBEARD

daley vs kos winner will get a shot at gsp

White: Koscheck-Daley Winner Gets GSP

and who knows if daley wins didnt dana promice a uk ufc with a title fight at some point this year...

ice arena in nottingham?... put dan (vs kos ) and the rest of rough house on the card!...

probably wont happen but that would be such an atmosphere!... they would probably send it back to the o-poo or something though

Not like Machida's the only athlete/person to drink his own piss. It's healthy ffs.

Still think Lyoto will grab a surprise victory vs Shogun, but becoming less optimistic about Kos vs Daley, reckon Kos will just dry hump his way to a decision and there won't be a standup war. Hope I'm wrong though

Tell TJ that UBERScholes from the internet wishes him luck, AS

surprise  lyoto is 8/13 on with the bookies...

kos is 1/2 on

Surprised, thought Shogun would be the big favourite. Have been reading and hearing a lot from Shogun fans recently though

the winner apparently gets a coaching spot against gsp on the next tuf as well...

that could be interesting... mr daley would make good telly though

Daley is even less prepared for GSP than Hardy was imho.

Does Daley have ANY ground game? If Kos is smart and sticks to his wrestling he should dominate Daley. If he tries to bang he will probably get KTFO'd.

paul is harder to take down than dan... hes bigger for a start...

as he said himself in a recent interview yes he got owned by shields on the ground but he has been training non stop since then and nobody has won against shields since 2004... he took henderson down relativley easily ffs...

his clinch is excelent... he is not great off his back like a maia or somebody but as a sprawl and brawl he is not too bad and he is strong... is a heavy ww and pretty small so he has a good build for staying upright...

and nobody is going to out wrestle gsp... shields would be interesting as i think gsp would try to keep that on the feet...

but out of everybody else id say paul daley is the best striker in that division so he would have as good a chance as anybody...

afterall kos is like a wanna be gsp thats not as fit , not as strong, has worse technical stand up, worse wrestling and worse ju jitsu... whats he gonna do???

at least paul could go inthere knowing he has a clear advantage over gsp in an area

I feel like Koschek is the number two guy in the division. IF Koschek had stuck to his wrestling I think it is pretty reasonable to assume the guy would only have a loss to GSP on his resume. However he has tried to strike, and while he is extremely athletic and has improved tremendously, his striking is still far from being good enough to carry him.

I don't think people really give Koschek the credit he deserves in that regard. The guy is an EXTREMELY good wrestler and I think that Koschek vs GSP II could be a more competitive wrestling match if Koschek went into the fight with that in mind. Koschek has however gone out and lived and died by the sword to give the fans more of what they want, striking and knock outs.

GSP is very similar to Koschek in their striking proficiency. Both are good, neither are great, but GSP doesn't have one punch KO power in his hands like Koschek does. GSP has basically abandoned striking against anyone in the division that has that sort of power post Serra. Koschek has gone into fights with specialist strikers and tried striking and lost.

I think this fight will be decided by Koschek, how Kos approaches Daley. If he stands he will probably lose. If he takes it to the ground he will probably win.

Quick update: the weigh ins were fantastic, Joe Rogan for gay on TJ, Adam is gonna be in his corner for the fight and we're gonna be in the pressbox for the night, but cageside for the fights just behind the judges.

be sure to booo kos for me

Sure will

In the press box now on my laptop, TJ was in a tough decision defeat, he was toe for toe in the match until he threw a low blow in the third round... It's a contender for fight of the night, so if he can take something from the weekend is he can hold his own with some pretty good opposition.

Biggest cheer of the night was the hockey game on the big screen even though the Habs lost

Consider me a RedCafe UFC analyst right now

Shame Cote lost, this place exploded for him... Just looked like big Baby saw a chance to pounce and did, this place was booing when he called out Anderson Silva

TJ did an interview or 2 and is in the back, there's about a dozen people around here but it's in and out

Kimbo got such a rousing reception, first round his 2 takedowns had screams i've never heard, this place loves him... But Mitrione took that energy into himself, he hurt Kimbo bad and has exhausted him, and submissions show who is the more all-around fighter

Second round, Kimbo looks dead, this place is pretty upset, and it's almost sad to see him lose as bad as he did, nothing more than a novelty fighter with guts, such a warrior but outclassed

its been a night for the kicks tonight...

hope that continues for rua...

semtex soon...

"Tell him thanks for the support"

They just showed some banner for UFC in Ontario (Toronto) and this place boo'd the banner

Stephens - Stout now, the last hope for fan favorites in Stout

Nah I hate the fecker. He just has a really punchable face. Kimbo looked desperately bad, has he even improved since XC?

You're there, Searl? How's that work, then? iPhone, or something?

Yup, press box for FitPlus, i'm on my laptop here, it's a pretty big spot, there's a few folks here, i'm with my buddy Tony and Andrew Rousk (Remember the name), alot of the "team" are downstairs, TJ is doing some interviews for some folks and such but he came up here to watch the Kimbo fight... After this fight there's a photo op for the Canadian fighters apparently

"Apparently" his ground have had been improved ten-fold... No idea where that was

Good reception for Stout, alot of backing him for this fight

Stephens though is just punishing Stout, this place is pissed from what you can hear, just a bunch of groans and moans, a few chants but nothing of it... I watched the first few minutes AT the fight from way up here and it's very different from watching the big screen.

I'm tuning out and going down to our seats, you might just see us in Red and White tracksuits
