The PL and I think NFL both had issues where the respective countries wouldn’t fully back trying to tackle the issue. Unless Dana and the UAE have something up their sleeves I don’t see how you completely stop this issue. Sure, couldn’t someone legally buy the stream and then feed it out elsewhere via their own servers?

alongside that I think some seem to have possibly forgotten irrespective of his time away from the octagon McGregor is still very likely one of the top strikers in the UFC. His precision was always something terrifying to opponents, precision over power and within that he still had tons of power without trying to overload. I personally don’t see that part of his game regressing in any way. If he’s had a great camp and is sharp it’s always gonna be a stand out weapon.

Love to see McGregot to get his block knocked off tonight but can only see him winning. Was hoping with it being on Fight Island it would be on a reasonable time for us in the UK but looking like a 5am start.

These adverts from BT showing McGregor chucking stuff at Khabib's bus really piss me off as they are promoting things he was reprimanded for.

He looked good in his last fight but it was the ideal match up stylistically....this is the same really, Dustin gets hit a lot and Conor is a big puncher. It's the ideal fight for Conor cos Dustin is the best of the rest and if he wins it the UFC and McGregor can easily justify a title shot really.

He also appears to be clean, or cleaner than he has been in the past anyway from what we've seen but who knows what happens behind closed doors.

God dammit, knew I should have napped. What’s your thoughts on Hooker Chandler. Hookers favourite with the bookies which came as a bit of a surprise to me though I’m not too well informed

Hooker is just a terrible match up for Chandler. Tall guy, with long limbs he knows to use very well. Chandler makes the slightest mistake, and he will be eating one of those Dan Hooker's knees up the middle.

Still I feel Hooker is being slightly overrated. I'm hoping for the upset on this one.

If he grapples and makes it dirty for long enough so that Connor gets tired and loses his power left, then there's a chance. But realistically, Dustin gets caught and finished inside 2 rounds. Nope I'm wrong.

I also can't see a part to victory for Chandler unless he clips hooker with a lucky shot. With that said, Hooker had a war with Poirier so he might be diminished.

I don't think he's being underrated. He's good. Very good. It's just that his style plays into McGregor's hands the same way McGregor's does to Khabib. But this is MMA, anything can happen!

Yeah, good fun. Lentz went for several guillotines attempts, but Evloev defended them with class. Evloev busted Lentz up on the feet.

One of the judges gave the fight to Lentz, so it's gonna be one of those nights apparently... :nervous:

Can’t imagine we will need to worry about judges for main event. But chandler and hooker I reckon will go all the way.

Looking forward to this fight now. Rountree a mixed bag, hope he turns up tonight

He usually breaks mentally against bullies, but this is not the case I think. Should win this one.

True but i think Mcgregors recent time out the octagon compared with Poirier's recent battles in the octagon point towards a shock for most tonight.

I cant wait anyway. May the best man win. A convincing Mcgregor win would be better for the division as it would probably entice Khabib into returning, albeit doing the same thing again.
 
Although looking now at McCanns last 3 defeats, all by choke.
 
Arman Tsarukyan vs Matt Frevola next. Looking forward to this one. Tsarukyan looks like a future champ. Incredible skill set.

Frevola is a tough dog, so should be a good fight.
