As I say, I know very little about the MLS but having watched the first half it's obvious that Keane in particular is at least two levels above the American players (Donovan excluded).
There are certain things you just can bet on Becks, he wins in such moments.
Becks apparently playing with a hamstring injury/cold depending on who you'd want to believe.
Can anyone else not see the ball? I'm watching this on a television and I genuinely can't see the ball. It's annoying the feck out of me. I can just about see it when it's on the nearside, but when it goes over to the left wing, nothing. It's just men running around in the vague direction of the goal. The fact that it's silver doesn't help, neither does the fact that they've squashed the picture to accomodate a rolling ticker (though apparently Rod Stewart has won his 3rd Nascar, which is great news, I was wondering what had happened to him. Do they let him wear leopard print trousers on track?)...All in all, I am not amused.
