- Only 6 per continent (place of birth) (All USSR breakaway countries will be considered Asia)

The rules are pretty clear on who you can have in your squad. And Zizinho is a no go. So your pick is invalid and you lose the turn.

That's because the rule in the OP contradict each other. You've said you cannot change your pick, and you cannot have ineligible player in the squad, both are not possible in the scenario where an ineligible player is picked.

However there is literally no mention of a manager losing an entire round. Something that has been enforced now (after 5.5 rounds are over). Based on that, the previous ineligible picks would end up in re-picks.
