Taking a leaf out of @brewlio 's Werewolf mod guide, all sheep were selected by random generator with help of an independent caftard.

This isn't like the 2nd Criteria where everyone jumped on AB DeViliers for Round 1. Whilst there are obvious standouts, but bar one or two most of them are on par at least this early stage of the draft. Each person will have his own preference and would go for that. But there are far too many players to pick from whose playing career lies within the 1989 - 2013 bracket.

There is a threadmark for that. Don't think it is modified after that. The threadmark for blocked pool is till criteria 2, round 2. In round 3, all blocks were on players already picked, so no one additional got blocked.
