That trophy celebration was a farce.

Yeah I think they really didn’t do themselves a favor here - these idiotic photos will be everywhere and will remind where the WC took place, reigniting some discussion. If they stayed low profile for this, all we’d hear was how great football was .

The injuries he had was regarding the shoulder, nothing related with the current ones, but yeah this isn't to be discussed here. ;)
 
Really fecking hurts to lose after Mbappe's insane performance but wasn't meant to be :( Congrats to Messi, well deserved sending off.
 
Harry Kane would've looked daft in that cape anyway. Who wouldn't though.
 
One of the best finals of all time. Trophy presentation robbed everyone of legendary pictures when they put that fecking cape on him. And that bald corrupt bastard Infantino was almost going to lift the trophy himself. But yeah what a game, I feel completely exhausted.

Griezmann chose the wrong game to have his only bad game of the tournament unfortunately. We had the chances at the very end but once it got to the shootout I knew it was over.

You need one of the teams to lose even in legendary games. It's us this time. 4 WC finals, never lost one according to official stats but still only 2 stars. I'm still fortunate and grateful to have watched all of those finals in my lifetime.

Congratulations Argentina.
