The F1 Thread 2015 Season

Ricciardo is a lucky boy, he had no right to be trying to overtake from being so far back. Vettel has managed this race perfectly today with the madness around him.

One of the more entertaining Hungary GP's in recent memory.

No penalty for Rosberg, you can chop peoples noses off but you can't race side by side and lockup it seems. No consistency.

It was clearly Ricciardo's fault, you can't go diving in so close to the corner like that. The lock up made it even worse and he should have ran wide instead of cutting back on the track and taking Rosberg's line. It isn't the responsibility of Rosberg to adjust his line there, it is down to Ricciardo.

If it was going to be Lewis on the podium I'm not disappointed with the 123 we've got. Great race!

That was the best race in ages. Great stuff.

Horner sounds absolutely miserable.

I guess he won't be able to moan about Renault for once.

He's a great driver and brings so much to his team. I saw him in parc ferme and after all the other drivers went off to get weighed etc he was alone carefully looking over all the other cars.

Just seen it again. Nico could have done more to avoid it but his actions were still reasonable. The move from Ricciardo was crazy to cut the corner from so deep and I still think he held the largest share of the blame there.

Those margins make champions though and it's another blow to Nico's hopes just when the door was looking to be open again. Taking the Mark Webber mantle in spectacular fashion.

Frustrating that Lewis made 2 huge mistakes and Nico had that happen to him. Even with my obvious bias aside, it's a shame for the title race story at least.

He seems extremely analytical. Not to say other drivers aren't, but he seems to take things to the nth degree.

I remember Clarkson saying when he went to drive the reasonably priced car he was asking about tyre pressures!

I know it seems obvious, but I do like the way everyone there seems to have Jules at the front of their minds.

Might be a German thing...Its what Schumi would have done.

Do the other drivers get on with Crashtor Maldonado?

Wow, that was enjoyable. Lewis would be an all time great if only he had a brain.

Alonso fifth! Please Honda can you stop the engine being a lemon.

He already is.

Today showed though, if the teams got even within a few tenths of Mercedes the races would be a whole lot more interesting. Merc are terrible at thinking on their feet, Rosberg chucked away a win by putting the Prime on.
