The F1 Thread 2013 Season

I hope he releases a book, he must have some great Red Bull behind the scenes stories.

Said it in the TG thread but he just came over as a bitter tosser in that interview to me.

He hates the fact that that 'boy' has absolutely taken him to school for three years. I used to quite like Webber, but that was all a bit pathetic.

Webber has always been an average driver, I think he's made a decent career out of it. He's basically Australia's David Coulthard.

Isn't it always the same? Sportsmen and women are blasted for not speaking their mind but whenever they do people call them cnuts. I don't think he is any less of a cnut than Kimi, who is a cnut, but hilarious.

I don't think he sounded bitter at all, he just doesn't like someone and when you see what has gone on between them it is understandable.

I think Webber has just reached a point where's he's gone....'Well I'm retiring at the end of the season, I don't give a feck anymore about being diplomatic'

He's always generally spoke his mind so it doesn't surprise me that he's now vocalising his dislike of Ze German.

Kimi talks with Red Bull have broken down so Ricciardo looks likely to be given the drive.

So it is looking like Ricciardo gets webbers seat and Kimi will taken Massa. It will be interesting to see what Kimi can do in a Ferrari as Massa has been poor for a while now.

I think the only reason they got rid of Kimi was Alonso + Santander was too strong a package for the team, i doubt it was ever a racing decision.

God I love Spa race weekends, could be a forecast of some rain too which only adds to it.

Yeah as usual the "debris, kerb, driver, car" excuse. Not buying it, neither are the drivers by the look of it. Could be a shitstorm weekend this.

That was fun, love it when the small teams get through.

Interesting too that the Mercs didn't pit for fresh inters and were still right up there.
