Oh, I must not watch C4 as much as I thought then!
Does anyone else dislike Leila as much as I do? Very annoying character.
Watched the first few and couldn't get into it. Is it worth continuing it?
No. Maybe. Yes. I don't know.
2 latest eps were a let down imo, the only thing good about them was

the story with Thomas at the prison

The bit at the end where the leader of defence or whatever his job title is gets shot again so then the woman decides to run straight past Thomas without even attempting to disarm him or anything and then sooooo surprisngly gets shot.

Watching this again on TV and it appears the version I downloaded was all muddled up. The first half of the C4 televised version was halfway through the one I downloaded from EZTV, with the 2nd half of the C4 version being the start. Didn't think it made much sense.
I am really pissed now , just watched the whole of S1 , did not look in here or on the net for any spoilers and I go to see when the second season starts and it is friggin cancelled .
Second half of the season was excellent I thought and it was building up ,will we ever know what this Event is???

I liked The Event.
When they drop these shows, they should make a one off closing ep.
I agree , there is a massive story there that will never be told now.
