Östersund (the team they lost to) have been playing some great football under Graham Potter, he took over 2011 - when they were in the Swedish fourth division and they're now considered one of the better teams in Sweden. The Swedish "hipster" (like Monaco last year, and Dortmund before) team for the moment.

Wow - that is some story. I will follow them with interest from now on - thanks for the info.

Nice story :D

Some big names slugging it out in the early stages; PSV Eindhoven, Panathanaikos, Fenerbahce, Dinamo Zagreb, Bordeaux, AC Milan, Everton, Gent, Marseille, Red Star Belgrade, Sparta Prague and Athletic Bilbao.

Hopefully the United / Ajax final raised the profile a little. Should be an interesting competition this year when Arsenal, City and Spurs also join in the latter stages.

Add Liverpool to that list as well.

Suduva 3-0:D Maybe they can bring about Lithuanian football back from its knees. Also, Trakai should have capitalised on 2 men advantage...Can't see them making it to the next round now. SAD!
