The Europa League 2017/18(Use the SF thread to discuss the current match)

Na, highly doubt it. Wouldnt be surprised if Rijeka does better then Red Star and Partizan combined :). Looking up on that table, wondering how stupid this UEFA coen. can be, Partizan think did feck all last 5 years (even tho i stopped following Serbian football long time ago) and yet they are so close from being in pot 2 what the feck.
Rijeka has a good team but they sold their 2 best players already and they virtually don't have any depth on the bench. After winning the league their president is acting like that's that and selling what he can. Coach, Matjaž Kek, will probably leave if it continues.

Does 1 of that players include Ristovski?

I hope some Enligsh-speaking journo writes the story of Östersund for the broader public. It's pretty cool. It's a team that was founded in 1996, and has an English manager named Graham Potter who took over the team when they were in the 4th tier. They're from a city in the north of Sweden with no football culture at all. He's taken them first to the Swedish premier division, made them a mainstay in 2 years, made them a "top 4 contender" in this year. Last year they won the Swedish FA Cup which granted them access to the Europa League and now they've beaten Galatasaray and PAOK to make it through. All the while playing great football.

The only stain on this is that their CEO seems a bit shady.

Graham Potter's made headlines by taking out-of-favour players from other teams and making them perform well. His team-building efforts are all about helping the community, and they've, among other things, setting up a theatre show, learned how to dance with the locals, are writing a book and have joined a choir. All proceeds from this have gone to charity. In addition to this, the club has just announced an academy for kids from Libya that they hope will help them become a part of the society and hopefully produce some good football players.

It's really a remarkable achievement.

There appears to be a shortage of British money in and around Cologne because of the amount of FC fans travelling to London for the Arsenal game. This could very well turn out to be like an away game for Arsenal tonight.

What are this Cologne side like? will they have a decent chance of beating Arsenal tonight?

Do not look good in the league right now - but who knows.

But their fans will be louder than the Arsenal ones...

The banks around Cologne are out of English pounds as there is 20.000 fans travelling.

They have a decent team, but Arsenal should easily win this. Though, Cologne can be really tough to score against.

Köln have lost all 3 of their league game so far and sit bottom of the table. Arsenal should be winning this.

Calhanoglu puts Milan up against Austria Wien.
2-0 André Silva. Milan have already kill the game off.

The BT Sport Enhanced Player is great for dipping into all the games. It's great getting to see teams you wouldn't normally. And you get to replay all the goals.

Hoffenheim denied by a keeper-crossbar combo.

And then it's in! 1-0 Hoffenheim, Wagner header.

1-0 Atalanta. Deserved too, Everton have been so negative. 10 men behind the ball at all times.
