If we are seeding anyway, would we not be better off just using that and then the two lowest seeded have a preliminary round play off to qualify for R1 proper?

Don't want to reveal seeds before R1 games end.

Also, this might be the only way to stop you from reaching the finals again.

you can just reveal the two teams that have to play. Either way those teams would be the lowest rated anyways and it is unlikely to impact R1 matches.

If the prediction route is not okay, I can think of something else I guess.

or just remove me at end of the drafting, will lose anyways first round so you save time and solve a problem
 
Worth trying fitting 3 teams into one match up? Manager sets up for 2 matches and voting based on who would come out on top in a group of 3.
Could get a bit overly complicated though

Yea, I wanted to keep it simple.,

I guess we still have a couple of days to decide. More ideas welcome.

If any concerns with reinforcement rules for semis/finals too, please let me know.

A little novel, so there is room for people disliking them like with the prediction thing.

I'll be honest, running the last draft was way more fun that this one. Sheep drafts are only enjoyable for the first 3-4 rounds and then it becomes cumbersome.
 
Just send 3 or 4 picks now in order in which you want them and you are done? No way this all finishes today imo.
