The Criteria Draft - The Drafts

Wanna do it on a different draft thread so we don't hijack this one? As for criteria...I'll let the mastermind behind the idea choose.

I'm in if you want an Atletico style 3rd contender

i'll aim to something in by the end of the day but work is always the priority.
If you want help with putting together the formation, let me know. Like if you want to replace just one player from the previous game in the same position or if you can give me basic outline, I can draw it.

And maybe @KM can do the write up? At this stage a pretty basic one would do but the formation diagram is a must.

Let's get this done soon guys or this draft will die. :(

Writeup really shouldn't take that long. I threw mine together for the last game in 10 minutes so as not to delay anything. Formation and profiles would take no time to edit from the previous game, then expand on tactics if required over the 24hrs that the game lasts.

Ok @paceme send tonight
@Stobzilla send today too, if not get someone to help you today but we need to get this draft moving so whoever sends it and the other doesn't will get a bye if the other ain't done so by lunch tomorrow

That went well ;)

I Don understand why KM can't take over this round for stob.

What's the point of am? I ll ban them from next draft onwards

Agreed. The supposed benefit of having an AM is that he can step in when you're busy or otherwise unavailable, so that things can move along more smoothly. But in reality the effect seems to be the opposite. If you need a consultant as far as a choices and tactics go, you can sort that out via PMs.

Anyway, I think trip's new line here is exemplary. Set a deadline, stick to it - the ones who don't show up lose by default. Strict but fair.

Or just throw up the teamsheet and we'll assume that they're managed by a lessez faire Tim Sherwood/Harry Redknapp type.

Yeah, that's the way to do it. Set a deadline and, if it's missed, get another willing drafter or spectator to quickly pull together a teamsheet. That's all that's needed to keep the competition progressing and not many people actually bother to read the tactical spiel.

Right ye fecks, my lunch break has been moved to 13:00 today, rip will have mine by half past. Again, I'm sorry for the delay but I've been sans PC at home and working festivals over the last couple weeks as well. I will try harder, I will be better, *sobs*

Aye, think the Red Viper is up next for first pick.

I think it should stay at one upgrade at this stage seeing as teams will have tried to plan around that and it is late in the game. I also think it will be more balanced in terms of drafting, for Red Viper in particular who really missed out last time.
