You really think the narcist would have wanted to share his special night with anyone who might be considered more famous than him?
Actually, wouldn't a narcissist want major stars coming together to celebrate "his win"?

another hm moment
Biden also fired the National Labor Relations Board General Counsel today after he refused to resign. He'd previously been involved in Reagan's firing of all air traffic controllers back in the day.
Christ almighty.
Again, 9 of those are repeals of trump EO’s and one is a mask mandate.Christ almighty.
It’s the granularity that is so concerning.Again, 9 of those are repeals of trump EO’s and one is a mask mandate.
It’s the granularity that is so concerning.
Is it just me or does that new press secretary give me Allison Janney vibes?
I mean that the comparison is being done only after two weeks. I hope this granularity doesn’t continue.I really don’t like the concept of EO’s. I would prefer that they did not exist, or were time limited (ie, 3 months, then need congressional approval to extend). For me they are yet another example of the executive branch taking power from the legislative.
Where they should be used is for emergencies, like a federal mask mandate.
That's what happens when you keep chopping and changing managers. It’s the granularity that is so concerning.
Yeah, probably that's it. Maybe the eyes as well? Just got same vibes from looking at her.I’m guessing it’s the hair?
Very solid, this. That's what happens when you keep chopping and changing managers.
You are probably right. I don’t think Big Oil is too arsed about it at this point, as they have already built and re-purposed other pipelines around it and have not been required to upgrade oil-transport train cars - that serve as the alternative - to modern standards.I really doubt this will heat up in the slightest, as I don't think Trudeau actually cares. For his government, focus is on building the TransMountain pipeline, which the Canadian government bought and will now want to see become profitable. The Canadian oil sector might not even need more than that and the Line 3 pipeline (as discussed here). However, Trudeau has to express this disappointment for the Canadian audience, as this is a big thing in the Prairies and the Liberals are already perceived as weak (or simply: evil) on the issue. So I think he's talking to Canadians here, and may not even bring this up with Biden on Friday (except if it's to make sure it appears in Canadian news reports afterwards).
I mean that the comparison is being done only after two weeks. I hope this granularity doesn’t continue.
I have absolutely no issue with any of his EOs.

Yep, quite similar in term of looks, but also on vocal timbre and delivery style. Is it just me or does that new press secretary give me Allison Janney vibes?
What else is new, I guess?

I'm sorry, but I'm confused here. Who's wife? his or yours? Are we still talking about EOs?Hate to say this, but I hope wife feels a little icky around early evening on Sunday.

Well, we can only hope so. The amount of things they are doing. Signing contracts, deliberately tying up funds, etc. It's disgusting and typical of that scum. The contracts with states/municipalities are absurd and will be tossed out in court. Otherwise, administrations could've done that in the past to restrict what their successors do. There's a contract with a sheriff's office in rural NC that is part of these agreements, and, generally speaking, sheriff's don't have the ability to enter into contracts on their own in NC. They typically have to be signed by the county manager and chairman of the board of county commissioners. The BOCCs can delegate some amount of that authority (ex: can enter into contracts for purchases < $x), but I've never seen an instance where a sheriff could sign a legally valid contract (doesn't stop them from signing them) without approval from their board/county manager. Typically I'd assume that DHS/ICE had done their homework to ensure it was all legal, but they're all clowns.
The official responsible was also illegally appointed so it will all be moot anyway.
His wife. She’s a Green Bay fan.I'm sorry, but I'm confused here. Who's wife? his or yours? Are we still talking about EOs?
Ah thanks. Not too far off, right?
His wife. She’s a Green Bay fan.

What does that word mean, granularity? It’s the granularity that is so concerning.
To an immense detail - down to individual grains of rice, for example. What does that word mean, granularity?
GotchaTo an immense detail - down to individual grains of rice, for example.
Cruz knows full well the treaty has nothing to do with Paris, the City. However, he knows his audience is full of idiots who don't know a thing.
This thread will be 90% @Eboue posts about Biden being a cnut. I don't necessarily agree with it but more power to him.Get the feeling this thread will be a fraction the size of Trump thread, and that is a good thing. I think USA and the rest of the world could do with at least 4 years of normality
It's almost as good as the British one;Canada also has a public service oath: "I, ________, swear (or solemnly affirm) that I will faithfully and honestly fulfil the duties that devolve on me by reason of my employment in the public service of Canada and that I will not, without due authority, disclose or make known any matter that comes to my knowledge by reason of such employment. (Add, in the case where an oath is taken, “So help me God” (or name of deity).)"
