He does look old. He's on the thin side too, which makes him look older. He also doesn't colour his hair or wear make-up, of course.

I think that he will have to do a lot via executive orders and the administrative state given the Republicans will block everything as per. However there is a lot he can manage that way, and through the budget reconciliation process in Congress.

I was going to call him up on this, but shortly after he did say that in tough times "enough of us did the right thing" to pull the rest through. An important caveat I think.
