The Biden Presidency

It’s just a really odd graph to use to dunk on Biden. Apart from the whole continuation of a long established trend thing it looks as though his presidency coincided with the biggest increase in wealth for the bottom 50% that there’s been in decades. If you had to sum up the “Biden effect” based on that graph it’s a dramatic increase in household wealth for all Americans while he was in charge.

This was my thought, the whole wealth divide is extremely well established and systemic at this point; it’s not something you can point to as being caused by him, but the sliver at the bottom looks to have had a significant bump up which is the actual anomaly.
 
Maybe. Although how many stocks would be held by the bottom 50% of US households?
More than you'd think, a large number have 401Ks and, in my case at least, I have the ability to set the risk factor in how it's invested, lots of people also dabble in small amounts, online trading is really easy in the US and you'd be surprised hw man,y do it
