I would agree with you if this wasn't an all-time draft to be fair.

Mmm not sure about that, whatever role you decide to give him - box-to-box, wingback or fullback - it should be right sided, as far as I know.

Overkill. Get him, by all means, he could come handy but I don't see how it works all that well with Junior. In fairness though, it's little to do with Desailly, I don't think Junior and Rivelino would work particularly well. There's nothing Junior does that Rivelino isn't doing better, bar defending as a fullback and there are far better players for that.

Overkill. Get him, by all means, he could come handy but I don't see how it works all that well with Junior. In fairness though, it's little to do with Desailly, I don't think Junior and Rivelino would work particularly well. There's nothing Junior does that Rivelino isn't doing better, bar defending as a fullback and there are far better players for that.

With Sammer doing DM dropping into CB role and Forster having played LCB role before in Euro finals, I can afford an attacking full back there. I thought opposition full backs will have their hands full with Rivelino leaving Junior as a means to make plays from that flank. Still think it is flawed?
