He's also recently adopted a son and bought the General Lee (the actual car from the Dukes of Hazard) at auction and drove it to a tournament this year. Also, this:
Because it seems like Bubba is kind of like you...he's a casual pro golfer. He's never taken a lesson, never analysed his swing, never hire a nutritionist. He has admitted he doesn't like playing 5 hours of golf a day and he gets bored easily. He has ADD too, for what it's worth
I am surprisingly anti-US when it comes to golf. I suppose 20+ years of watching the Ryder Cup and all the majors as a Brit made me that way. Usually I am rooting for anybody but a yank TBH but today I am pleased Bubba won.
He plays the game like no one else. Never had a lesson in his life and he is just easy to relate to.
Phil is one of my faves- dunno why. When it comes to the Brits, I like Ian Poulter for his don't give a feck dress sense. Don't like Westwood's face if I'm honest. Not sure why, it is just a bit cnuty.
I'm the opposite with those two. I like Westwood, would have loved to seen him in the mix a little more at the end. But Poulter......those clothes piss me off. Same as Daly.
Not seen anyone cry that hard since City lost at Swansea with 10 games remaining.
Thought Rory and Tiger would do alot better today. Nothing to lose etc.
Tiger for me in hindsight, lost it on thursday. Once the drive was all over the show, the confidence was gone and he just went back his old ways. The only good thing you could say was that his putter wasn't that bad at all.
I wonder if Augusta will become for Rory, what it was for Greg Norman.
