This team has definitely got another 7-0 drubbing in them at some point and I think most of us already suspect that.

And when it happens, many deluded posters will start talking about "promising signs" from our performance.

Duing the game there were definitely moments where it looked as if there was a plan to what we were doing and they were executing the plan. Still a long way to go but there does seem to be small improvements happening. Just not quick enough or big enough strides for many I presume.

Lindelof getting outmuscled like a rag doll, Rashford being wasteful, Pellistri just not up to the task yet (or ever), Armabat losing a duel or two and playing handball and Casemiro getting slower and slower.
The only spell we looked like scoring was when Garnacho came in and by that time there was no structured play. Mount and Bruno IMO did ok and in all honesty Bruno was unlucky not to get an assist that game (handball when he found Rashford and the Pellistri pass in the first half).
