Can we keep this to players who played AFTER the 1960s?
We don't have enough players for it.
We can run with 12. 4 groups of 3. Top 2 to QFs. Bit shit to have all these matches just to eliminate 4 teams but it'd give people time to enjoy the draft. Alternatively, we can go KO format with couple of best losers also making it to the QFs. I say this because I don't think we'll get more players.

Top one qualifies directly into the semis. Should be sufficient.
Also, debut post 1980 or something please. Can't be selecting players like Joel Garner when so few have actually seen them play.
Can we run it Euros style Varun ? Top 6 go into the quarterfinals with the 2 best losers joining them ?

Will definitely have a timeline but not that recent unless that's how the majority want it. It's good to research and know about players from the past. Will also have a 20 test qualification criteria.

MJJ isn't playing @Mani. We have 3 AMs atm. They should split. RD and anant said they can't go solo so atleast the 2 of you.

20 tests minimum. Players debuting only after a certain year will be allowed. Thinking sometime like the 60-70s but open to suggestions there.
Thinking 1960 will be better. So we wouldn't have guys from bradman era and all. Still will cover the Aussies and windies players of the 70s too.
Maybe a limit of 2 per test team? As there are windies, India, Pakistan, Aussie, SA, Sri Lanka, NZ and England plus Zim and Bangladesh too if needed. Enough options for 12 players?

Only players debuting after 19070 allowed.
Maximum of 2 players from one country or maybe 3 allowed from 1 country and 2 for the rest.
